  • A good flanker to the original Dance but totally different; while the original was a sweet gourmand, this one is fresh, aquatic, and citrusy. Perfect for the gym, outdoor outings, walks, or running. It has medium longevity and projection on my skin. The first few seconds sound like Light Blue, but then it shifts, with more orange blossom coming through, like a cologne.

  • Excellent fragrance; the scent and performance really surprised me, especially considering the price for a Shakira perfume. It smells fresh, quite unisex, with vetiver and very enjoyable citrus notes. Reminds me of several scents from Hermès Jardin. Highly recommended.

  • Bought it on the spot and wear it regularly. It’s fresh and comforting, with that typical bergamota opening I love, but then it settles into rose, raspberry, and pepper notes that give it a spicy, long-lasting vibe. I smell a ton of orange blossom, and it lasts for hours on my skin. Update: it can be a bit much, so I’ve stopped wearing it, but yes, it’s definitely long-lasting.

They gave it to me, but I just gave it to my mom; it wasn’t for me—I’m a lover of sweet scents. However, it’s a pleasant and quite complex aroma to be from Shakira. It’s not a blind buy: either you like it or you don’t. I like it, but not for myself personally. It’s super floral; for spring and summer, I feel it’s fresh, and it could even be unisex. And finally, its longevity is quite good considering the price.

  • It’s soft, fresh, modern, and extremely pleasant. I feel it similar to Light Blue, with good performance: it lasts about 5 hours and projects moderately and softly. It’s extremely affordable, ideal for summer, the office, casual outings, the gym, and everyday wear. It really surprised me. I think it’s an exquisite fragrance for a woman.

  • Hi, I just bought it blindly. It’s very similar to Blue Drop by Jesús del Pozo but more feminine. Fresh for spring and summer, with good sillage and longevity. It’s affordable, and you can really smell the bergamot, raspberry, and florals.

I don’t know what’s in it, but I absolutely love it. It was love at first sniff! Strong yet very soft. It smells like a church, literally, or very strong myrrh with soft floral notes. Like a director’s office, well, for me, it smells exactly like that, haha. I didn’t buy it because the scent felt suited for older people; it would fit them like a glove. It’s addictive but doesn’t match my young age. I’ll come back to buy it for my collection. I’d give it to my grandmother without a second thought; I’m fascinated by it. A budget jewel with a millionaire aroma!

No! The drydown is horrible; they gave it to me as a gift, and it ended up smelling like a bathroom air freshener. Terrifying, like all of this singer’s scents. Sorry, but I’m being honest.

  • I loved it at first sniff; we’ll see how it holds up over time (just arrived, blind buy). I don’t get a ‘vintage’ vibe or that church-like smell that usually comes with spicier, aromatic scents; this is a fresh, citrus, ozony perfume, a ‘blue/cerulean’ scent. It has no sillage on my skin and unfortunately doesn’t last at all. I detect a distant resemblance to Bulgari’s Omnia Amethyste (my favorite), but it’s pretty distant. Approved with a 6.5 out of 10.

  • I loved it at first sniff; we’ll see how it holds up over time (just arrived, blind buy). I don’t feel it like an ‘old-school’ fragrance or with a church-like scent; this is fresh, citrusy, ozonic, a ‘blue/sky’ perfume. It has no sillage on my skin and unfortunately doesn’t last long. I sense a distant resemblance to Bulgari’s Omnia Amethyste (my favorite), but it’s distant. It’s approved with a 6.5.

I had it four years ago; I liked it at first and wore it blindly, but after a few days in summer, I got tired of it. An ex-co-worker who was flirting with me used one just like Diamonds—definitely unisex—so I stopped wearing it. This summer, I wanted to buy Light Blue by DG for the good reviews; at first, it was fine, but its drydown is unbelievable—it’s Diamonds. After two hours, it’s still there, and my olfactory memory doesn’t process it any other way. My second pick is Eros Pour Femme Versace EDT; I’m 80% convinced: it’s addictive and sweet in its drydown, though a bit flat without evolution. However, Light Blue is beautiful with many nuances, but I don’t think I’ll have it. Ladies, take care of your nose, don’t sniff who you shouldn’t, haha, otherwise you’ll leave a mark with the perfume without even thinking about it.

I’m here to defend Shakira, because with her first albums I learned what it means to love, die of love, and stand up again. Let her sell me as many perfumes as she wants; I’m happy to pay her back to the tax authorities… in comfortable installments. This perfume is a super generic, average-brand citrus scent with no pretensions of competing with niche fragrances. That’s why it changes so much from skin to skin. Mine is a monster that devours scents, and nothing lasts more than four hours on me; everyone ends up smelling like glycerin soap. However, this one matched my skin perfectly and smells like exquisite citrus freshness. It lasts maybe an hour, but since it’s cheap, I have no problem reapplying. So you know what: VIVA SHAKIRA, VIVA UNIFIED LATIN AMERICA, VIVA WHERE THE THIEVES ARE.

I went to try it yesterday with high expectations, but I was greatly disappointed. I don’t support those who say all her perfumes are bad; there are gems like Red Dance or Midnight Muse. But factors like pH, temperature, or food change everything. For me, it has zero sillage and a longevity of 3/10. It’s unisex and barely noticeable when applied. If you’re thinking of buying it, test it first; I wouldn’t buy it without smelling it. It lacks presence and an aroma that wins you over at first sniff. It’s simply a normal cologne, with nothing to stand out.

I went specifically to try this fragrance yesterday with high expectations. I was hugely disappointed. Note: I don’t think all of this singer’s perfumes are terrible; there are some great ones like Red Dance, Midnight Muse, and Rock!. There are many factors that can affect how a cologne smells: our pH, body temperature, or what we’ve eaten. I felt this was a fragrance with zero sillage and a 3/10 fixation on my skin. Definitely unisex, and it’s worth noting that I could barely smell it when I first put it on. If you’re thinking of buying it, test it first; I wouldn’t buy it without smelling it. It didn’t feel like a cologne with much presence or a scent that makes you fall in love at first sight. It’s just a normal cologne with nothing good to highlight, seriously nothing.

  • I love it! It’s a total twist compared to Dance—much more aquatic and fresh, perfect for everyday wear.

  • Andreeefla

Very nice, refined, and powdery. Lasted quite a bit, and I only tested it on my wrist. How’s that?

  • I tested it on my skin at a Farmacity and liked the top notes, but after a while it started getting cloying and giving me nausea; it reminded me of mosquito repellent. At least for me, I didn’t like it.

  • Tested it at Farmacity on my skin. I liked the opening, but after a while it started cloying and giving me nausea, reminding me of mosquito repellent. At least for me, it wasn’t a hit.

  • How is it supposed to be similar to Light Blue? I don’t get it; nothing alike. In Argentina, there’s an exact dupe for the Cher brand: Iris.

  • I love the scent—it’s very fresh but with the warmth of sandalwood. It’s cheap, but for me, it feels expensive because on my skin it doesn’t last more than 15 minutes. What a pity.

  • Has some Light Blue vibes with its citrusy, fresh, and musky notes. I like it, got it as a gift, but won’t repurchase because it doesn’t last, has little sillage, and then it’s gone. Since it’s cheap, I don’t mind duplicating it, but it’s not exquisite; if it were, I’d buy one I love to reapply.

  • Got it as a gift and it’s great for summer: fresh out of the shower, heading to the gym, or the beach. Fresh and citrusy but not musky—more aquatic. The opening smells strong of alcohol, but it’s cheap so you can’t ask for more. Lasts about 30 minutes on skin, and as it dries, I detect raspberry. Reminds me a lot of Sisterland Blue Neroli; it’s the same style but less concentrated. Actually, I use the Blue Neroli body cream to boost it, and it works wonders.

  • Got it as a 18th birthday gift. I usually prefer sweet and gourmand perfumes, but I loved this one. Smells fresh and clean, mostly bergamot and orange blossom. Super aquatic, perfect for summer or spring.

  • Natalia98

Got it around 18/19, right when it launched, along with Dance Pink. Both hooked me at first sniff, but Dance Diamonds stood out with that weird, exotic vibe. I wore it at college, alternating it with the pink and blue versions. Used it up fast because I adored it, got it as a gift again, and used it up again. Years passed, I explored other scents, and that obsession faded, but I still hold them close and think they’re beautiful.

  • amatista77

Smells sharp, spicy, and citrusy—nothing like Light Blue, which I absolutely love. It’s very short-lived; the opening with pink pepper feels a bit heavy but fades quickly. After half an hour, it’s gone. Not the best in the line, neither for scent nor longevity.

  • It smells like a sharp, spicy citrus, very different from the Light Blue profile I love. It’s a very short-lived fragrance; at first, the pink pepper charge makes it feel heavy, but that lasts only a few minutes. After half an hour, it’s completely gone. Not the best in the line, neither in scent nor longevity.
