Nice fragrance, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Upon opening, it smells of intense dark chocolate and orange; I loved it at first, but on my skin it didn’t work: the cognac was so strong it smelled like I was drunk xD, and the patchouli covered everything up. That said, it lasts a long time and has great sillage.
Chocolate California opens with boozy chocolate and hints of orange. Then comes a smoky note, earthy patchouli, and finally a subtle vanilla. Sometimes it reminds me of A Men, but it’s not the same. Even though it’s labeled unisex, it leans more masculine on me. I wear it in cool weather, day or night. It projects and lasts a ton without any complaints. I like it, but it doesn’t wow me; sometimes it smells too much like known perfumes and gets monotonous. Still, it’s an interesting gourmand overall.
Pim’s smells like real cookies. It’s linear, typical of gourmands, but so delicious. Perfect for casual autumn days: birthdays, coffee dates, walks, amusement parks, or binge-watching shows under the blanket, in short, for happy and fun moments.
