Victoria’s Secret perfumes have never been memorable; they’re more like body mists. Bobshell is exactly that: a body mist that lasts a bit longer with a pleasant scent. Passionfruit and peony dominate, giving a clean-floral result. It’s fresh, pretty, and very common. It has soapy notes that make it smell like a floral fabric softener. It could compete (though I think with some quality issues) with perfumes like Chanel’s Eau Tendre, Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet, Versace Bright Crystal, the Daisy Fresh and Dream lines from Marc Jacobs, Prada Candy Floral, D&G Flora, Viva la Juicy Rose, etc. Even though it costs less, it’s worth saving up and buying something of better quality.

On my skin, it explodes with citrus; it reminds me of Ralph Lauren Romance, but here the citrus takes charge while florals stay in the background with a sweet touch. Too bad the longevity is minimal and the sillage is almost non-existent; it’s not for me, and the price doesn’t justify the quality. Cheers.
