It smells like cheap Avon perfume. The price is insane for what it offers. It lasted me an hour.
First impression: a nice, versatile scent that almost anyone could like. Thinking of VS, one expects floral, fruity, and sweet 🍭, but this is different; there’s a lot of wood and amber here, which is rare for the brand. Upon opening, a sparkling tangerine citrus explosion lasts a couple of minutes before yielding to a lovely powdery floral heart that lasts until the dry-down, where a strong woody and amber accord enters (even though they don’t say so, it’s very present). It’s not that typical fruity gourmand little perfume. I can’t judge the longevity well yet because I only tested it on my arm, and it lasted about 4 hours very present with just two sprays, which I thought was good. The bottle is beautiful, it looks better in person than in photos or videos.
I loved it. It smells very cozy and vanilla-like. On my skin, it reads as vanilla with sandalwood, absolutely delicious.
I love it! I bought it blind and it surprised me. It’s delicious and super feminine. I mix it with Splash Bare Vanilla and it’s amazing. I simply adore it.
I LOVE this perfume. You can taste the delicious sandalwood. One of my favorites. Too bad it lasts so little on the skin.
I liked it. It reminds me of Crystal Noir but much kinder, simpler, and less spicy from a distance. It’s softer but has a certain adult vibe. I think it’s quite versatile; even if it’s not a sugary teenage bomb, I think it could suit them too. It doesn’t reach the elegance of a Narciso Rodriguez Musc Noir, for example. The comparison to the Avon perfume seems accurate; I had one called Black Dress in that style but ended up gifting it away. This one has more charm. I think it could benefit from some layering, if you have it and want to make the most of it even if you don’t like it. I bought the mini to try it out, but I wouldn’t buy the big bottle. I don’t smell any violet at all… the tangerine is present, especially at the beginning, and then just to lightly aromatize the sandalwood. It must have more undisclosed notes. I wore it on my scarf the other day and liked smelling it occasionally. Since I loved it, I wore it to sleep today.. ultimate test, haha.

Well, to me it smelled like fixative from the very beginning. It’s overly sweet and artificial like many others. Nothing special. I didn’t like it. I don’t recommend it.

I bought it based on the reviews, and after a few days, I know what it smells like: it smells like blue Nivea body cream. The scent is super weak, a sweet ‘clean’ type smell. I can’t describe it well, but after a while it turns into a sweeter… but VERY weak… scent. It has that vibe of typical body hydration products. Honestly, it disappointed me quite a bit.
It’s very rich, but you have to spray it many times because it doesn’t project and doesn’t last long. I used it combined with my body moisturizer and that way I achieve greater longevity. The price is high for such poor performance. Anyway, it’s very pleasant, and if you’re looking for a perfume with a soft sandalwood and quite a bit of vanilla (even though they don’t declare it), it’s a nice option (considering price and longevity, don’t get too excited). I use it to go to work because it’s not invasive, it’s very skin-close, which makes it quite sensual.

This one is good; it’s a rich cream, I liked it, and it’s elegant. I see it as ideal for a daytime autumn.

It reminded me of Burberry Blossom but toned down, with that typical plasticine touch.
I love it. It’s my favorite from Victoria’s Secret, super rich, and I don’t feel it’s repetitive like other scents from the house. I love how it burns into the skin because it intensifies. The tangerine is exquisite; I’ve been complimented on it several times. If I buy it again, it makes me feel clean and it’s perfect for heat. It has presence, body, and intensity without being overwhelming. It’s exquisite, ridiculously rich, and a great price. If you’re not looking for very sweet, formal, or heavy options, this is a good choice. I showed it to colleagues who don’t like sweet things and they loved it.
Victoria’s Secret Bare is amazing. The Australian sandalwood scent dominates over the violet and tangerine, creating something more feminine, floral, and woody. It’s a rich scent because, in the dry down, it smells like pure Australian sandalwood.
I tried it thinking it would be the same as Bare Vanilla, but the opening is super citrusy before giving way to violet and sandalwood. It’s clearly Bare, just without the vanilla. Despite that, I absolutely loved it. I adore that powdery, woody combination; it feels very original and beautiful.
