Coconut Passion by Victoria's Secret is an aromatic fragrance for women. Launched in 2010, this composition evokes the tropical sensuality of ripe coconuts. Its olfactive structure unfolds with a fresh and lush top note of coconut and tropical fruits, giving way to a sweet, floral heart with hints of jasmine and rose. The base settles into a warm and enveloping blend of vanilla and soft woods, creating an intimate and seductive atmosphere that lingers on the skin.

  • Smells like coconut, but synthetic. Not the best coconut mist you’ll find. Nothing special; it smells like something a high school girl would wear.

  • It’s a coconut-scented sunscreen turned into a body mist. Smells comforting, like a warm hug. But I hate how short the longevity is; even for a mist, I wear it right after showering with a candle lit and before bed. Still, it’s delicious.

  • Smells like fresh, sweet coconut, like a coconut truffle with chocolate. Lasts 3-5 hours depending on skin pH, but lingers on clothes for days. Definitely Victoria’s Secret’s best body mist. I recommend wearing it in the cold so it lasts; in heat, it can get cloying. 💗

  • I love it 100%. It would be a dream if they made an EDP version. It’s a gourmand coconut scent with lots of caramel and vanilla, super sweet. It’s the perfect coconut dessert.

  • coconutgirl23

It tastes good, it doesn’t smell bad, and it’s decent quality, but it cloyed me out. It’s too sweet and becomes tiring over time; it’s not versatile and feels synthetic. It gave me a headache, and since it’s expensive, I don’t recommend it. It doesn’t mix well with anything; any combination ends up cloying. The only good thing is that it lasts a long time on clothes, not so much on skin. In short, I don’t recommend it.

  • It smells exquisite, creamy, soft, and milky, with lots of coconut, like a coconut with cream, very delicious. It might remind you a bit of Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen, but it’s not the same; it’s a different sensation. It smells distinct, soft, sweet, and powdery. It lasts well on skin for several hours and much longer on clothes. I love it.

  • Clara55555

I love it. It’s tropical, creamy, milky, and summery. They say it smells like Hawaiian Tropic, and I find it more flattering than the others. It’s a different kind of coconut; I hadn’t smelled one like this before (not because it’s special, but because I haven’t tried many coconut perfumes). I don’t like the opening as much, perhaps because of the aloe or chamomine, but then it becomes totally edible, which is why I recommend it highly.

  • Perfumadict

It’s clearly rich if you like sweet and gourmand scents, and addictive, but it smells very cheap, like a coconut stove essence or a diffuser. It lasts quite a bit on clothes, which surprised me since it’s a body splash. It gets boring quickly because it’s flat and cloying. I think it goes great with teenagers and very young people.

  • Zanahoriaaaa120p0ohmssfg

It smells super like the beach. The combination of coconut and vanilla is my favorite. I think it’s very long-lasting, super summery, and warm.

  • Monty Phyton

Fascinating! My scent in the blackout. It’s milky, tropical, and powdery. It reminds me of Scandal Absolu, The Body Shop’s Coconut, or Alien Goddess—not that they’re the same, but a halo of memory floats around. It’s a really good Body Mist with more longevity and sillage than Rituals. Sweet and fresh at the same time, 250ml to give and take, it doesn’t irritate, doesn’t dry out the throat, smells delicious, and since it’s addictive, it feels like a drink. The atomizer is a bit stiff, but nothing serious. 8/10.

  • cherrylady

The reliable classic: coconut with vanilla, a scent that can’t fail. It’s a very warm perfume. Any girl should have a coconut splash, and this is a delight.

  • I’m already on my fifth bottle; I love it. It’s a very sweet, heavily vanilla-infused, and warm coconut. It’s a fragrance you could wear all year, though it’s more for summer. On my skin, it feels like a coconut dessert. The longevity on my skin is 8 to 9 hours; it lasts a long time for a body mist, although the projection and sillage are scarce. For me, it’s a 10/10. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

  • a.caballero

A coconut and vanilla bomb, seductive and fresh, perfect for summer. Paired with a long-lasting scented lotion, it lasts quite a bit. Spectacular for layering; I use it daily and everyone asks what I’m wearing.

  • Just bought this body splash and I love it so much. The notes that stand out most are coconut and vanilla, and on my skin it feels like a coconut dessert with dulce de leche, very sweet. Plus, it lasts more than 12 hours on my skin.

  • AnaísLpez96

Let’s start with the fact that this isn’t a perfume, but a body splash, and yet, I’ve had some that last longer on skin. It’s a pity it doesn’t last as long because it’s a rich scent, a sexy coconut that’s nothing childish. What I like most is that it has a fruity coconut, not a sugary one, which makes it not cloying and very pleasant. But as I said, it doesn’t last, no matter how much you apply or how often you reapply. Basically, what you’re paying for is the Victoria’s Secret label. I use it for layering with a coconut body cream and Mancera’s Coco Vanille, and then it seems to project more. If you’re reading reviews to decide, I’ll spoil it for you: for the price, it’s not worth it, and you’ll find other coconut body splashes with better longevity and price.

  • God, I read the comments and think that the only one who loves this is me, hahaha. It’s definitely a scent that represents me: beach, sweet coconut, and vanilla. There are beachy coconuts like sunscreen, such as At the Beach or Waikiki from BBW, but the vanilla in Coconut Passion is something I can’t describe; it gives it an incredible creaminess. As a fan of the sea and the beach, it represents me totally. So much so that I’m looking for a place that makes dupes of this body mist; it’s my daily vanilla, I love it with all my heart.

  • Bought it looking for a beach coconut vibe—summer, sunscreen, all that. Honestly, it was a letdown. Smells flat, mostly vanilla with a hint of coconut. To be fair, my living room air freshener smells just as good. Overpriced for a body splash, at least in my opinion.

  • Well, I guess this is my signature scent now. It’s cheap but really good. Definitely, the coconut is very subtle compared to the vanilla, but I prefer this over Bare Vanilla from the same brand because it feels more refined and less cloying. Every time I wear it, people notice and usually compliment me. There’s no other scent that makes me feel more like myself. If I had to describe it in colors, I’d say coffee and honey tones—it smells great to my nose. Seems to have good projection, and from the moment I apply it, it lingers on my skin and clothes for hours. On clothes, it lasts days and actually gets nicer over time. Creamy, sweet (not cloying), and makes me feel a bit chic.

  • Bought it blind, had faith in it, and it disappointed me. I didn’t like it. To me, it smells like car air freshener. I can’t even detect the coconut I was hoping for, and it actually gives me a slight headache when I smell it.

  • Perfume_addict

Even though it’s super budget-friendly and just a body mist, it lasts all day. Not much coconut; it’s mostly vanilla with a touch of coconut. Still, highly recommendable. 🫶

  • Brillito139

This is my definitive coconut perfume. Super sweet but not cloying to me. The issue is it doesn’t last on my skin at all—probably my pH. If anyone knows a similar scent, I’d really appreciate the recommendation. Cheers! 🙂

  • Flor_rossa

Vanilla takes the lead, while coconut goes unnoticed. It’s very sweet, and even though it’s a body mist, it clings to the skin quite well; I’ve received many compliments hours after wearing it.

  • AresGoodess

I picked it up yesterday at a dupe store (and I’m not ashamed, dupe lover! ✌🏼), and honestly, I absolutely loved it. I’m not sure if it’s perfume, eau de parfum, or what, but on my skin it lasts about 4 hours (and you can’t ask for more from a clone). I can’t guarantee it’s identical since I haven’t tried it in-store, but I usually go to Perfumarte when they test Druni, and most are spot-on 🤫. It’s a youthful scent, nothing elegant, perfect for daily wear in summer or any season, lol, for running errands or grabbing a quick coffee with a friend. It’s sweet, but not as much as Mancera, which is a whole different ballgame; for me, it leans more gourmand. On my skin, the vanilla comes out a bit more, but you can still tell it’s like a coconut dessert or candy bar; it reminds me of a coconut cake… and since I love coconut, I really enjoy this fragrance and all the ones with coconut (the ones I’ve tried), as well as vanilla scents, so I’m not unhappy. A simple, pretty, and youthful “perfume.” 🥰🥥🍰

  • Polydistortion

My daughter’s (13 years old) favorite—I gifted it to her last night and she was amazed; I get why she loves it so much. It’s not aggressive at all and smells very youthful. I found the scent a bit “cheap,” but not the price (almost $30, which isn’t much, but considering you get amazing things for that price, it’s a steal). It’s her taste, and I respect her opinion.

  • It’s a nice scent. I bought it for the coconut note, but it doesn’t stand out; only the vanilla comes through, the same vanilla found in Bare Vanilla, Bare Vanilla Luxe, etc. There’s not much difference; if you have one of those, you don’t need the others. I kept looking for a more prominent coconut.

  • No. Simply NO. It smells like cheap, bad cologne. I can’t stand it; it’s synthetic and nothing pleasant. It doesn’t smell like coconut; if there’s any coconut, it’s like sunscreen essence. I gifted it because I didn’t want it taking up space in my closet. I must say I do own Victoria Secret’s Coconut Milk and Rose, and that one is definitely worth it. Pleasant, soft, and a beautiful combination of coconut and rose.

  • It’s so weird how it settles on my skin… at first, the opening is coconut-vanilla… then it turns into a bubblegum scent… and finally vanilla ice cream… it’s bizarre… but I like it.

  • Frambuesas

Coconut Passion smells exactly like the ice cream cone syrup. 😍💕💕💕 It takes me back to when I was a little girl; my mom thought it was a good idea to buy a whole bottle of that syrup for an occasional treat. I ended up drinking the whole bottle myself because I’d fill a glass and chug a glass of pure sugar two or three times a day. My mom never bought that syrup again.

  • Satine.noir

A pretty fragrance with a dupe replicated in tons of perfumes, however, here in this body mist it turned out nice and perfect for daily use. Sure, the longevity is poor, but you have to reapply. I feel it lasts quite a bit on clothes; at least on my scarf, I could smell it for many, many hours.

  • A very youthful, sweet perfume; the coconut and vanilla are very noticeable (I love them, but it’s not for everyone). It’s a daytime perfume for normal occasions, like going shopping or eating out with friends. Many complain that it doesn’t last, but what can you expect from Victoria Secret? You pay for what you get! For long-lasting perfumes, it’s better to pay a bit more at a dedicated brand. For me, this perfume is perfect if you’re looking for an affordable option. It lasts quite a bit on clothes, however, not so much on skin, max 2 hours.

  • Youthful, but watch out: on my skin, it fades faster than I expected. Sweet scents usually last me the whole day, but this one doesn’t quite make it.

  • Cosmicgirl

This mist is definitely youthful—an intense gourmand coconut, like shredded coconut. It’s the strongest coconut note I’ve tried in the VS line. To me, it’s very dry; I prefer the water in coconut milk, whereas this smells toasted. It’s rich and perfect if you’re looking for coconut, though I personally prefer Coconut Woods, which is more aquatic and musky, less gourmand but still very noticeable.

  • Does anyone know if this body mist is youthful? I’ve never heard of it, and the coconut note gives me a little fear, haha.

  • I don’t buy or use much body mist because they don’t last long (and the quality isn’t the best), but this is one of the only three I own. If you like sweet scents, here’s the perfect VS combo: Vainilla Lace, Coconut Passion, and Amber Romance. I repeat, you have to like sweet. Of the three, these are the only ones that last a bit longer than the application. Here are my notes: Vainilla Lace is pure vanilla, the common thread in the other two, a basic scent without a powdery feel. Coconut Passion is creamy coconut sweetened with vanilla, sweeter and warmer than tropical. Amber Romance is sweet and sugary, softened by vanilla, less milky and cleaner. Sweet and relaxing.

  • locadelosperfumes

I love it, it’s delicious. You only get the coconut at first, then it settles into vanilla. It’s more of a winter scent than a summer one.

  • I bought it at Notino for the price and free shipping. It’s a coconut halfway between beachy and gourmand, perfect for any season. Just a heads-up, it doesn’t project much, so I see it as ideal for wearing at home while reading or binge-watching shows, or for sleeping. It smells warm and cozy, so I’ll enjoy it more in winter; for summer, I have fresher options like Turab by Al Zaafaran or Coconut Fizz by Guerlain. Decent longevity for a mist, about 4 hours. Scent 6.5/10, longevity 4/10, sillage 5.5/10, value 5/10, versatility 4/10, packaging 6/10. Would I buy again? No.

  • Verrouski

How to say… this being a body mist is amazing! It smells like warm coconut, very tropical. It makes me think of vacations, the beach, heat, chilling out, relaxed… maybe at a beach bar eating and looking at the sea. If it’s very hot, be careful, because it’s dense. I see it as too much for summer; it can be overwhelming. I see it more for spring, fall, and even winter. 250ml, I paid under €9, and it lasts hours with great sillage. It lasts longer than many EDPs and smells like a rich, attractive coconut, nothing cloying. If you like coconut, highly recommended. I don’t think the value can get any better.

  • Alice5991

I bought this body spray the same week as the Bare Vanilla. Just like I said that one became one of my favorites and seems spectacular, this has disappointed me. I thought it would be a huge hit. With the coconut and vanilla notes (which I adore), I was almost convinced I’d love it more than the Bare Vanilla. But alas, it couldn’t be… There’s something that doesn’t quite convince me. I don’t feel like smelling this. It smells so sweet, lots of coconut and vanilla, no alcoholic sharpness, doesn’t smell synthetic (I’ve heard some really unpleasant things about it)… but there’s something that doesn’t fit. It’s annoying because I had so many expectations 😢. As for longevity and intensity, like the Bare Vanilla, the only ones I’ve tried from the brand. Not bad for the price, lasts a few hours, pretty good for a body spray, and it lasts longer on clothes. Most people like Coconut Passion, so I understand it’s just my thing. Even though I didn’t love it, I recommend it. It’s a good option if you like these notes, worth trying.

  • CamiAckerman

First off, I think they reformulated the scent; now it’s softer and more wearable. The one I bought at Victoria’s Secret in 2015 was… ugh, insanely synthetic, and worse, I used it in summer. They told me it was for summer, haha. Like other users, I reiterate: THIS IS NOT A MIST FOR SUMMER OR HUMID WEATHER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Not because it has coconut automatically makes it a summer scent, that’s a mistake. I see YouTubers reviewing it as a summer fragrance when it truly IS NOT. It’s so sweet and warm it’s tooth-rotting; using it at 30 degrees Celsius is impossible. I don’t understand the girls in Central America, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Panama, Colombia… honestly, I don’t know how they use it there. I’m from Chile, a temperate country with a dry summer and not too hot, considerably cooler than those places, and I swear to you, it’s impossible for me to use it in summer, illegal if you ask me. As ugly as wearing Vie Est Belle at 35 degrees for public transport. I can’t imagine wearing Coconut Passion on my Punta Cana vacation; I might faint from asphyxiation. Where would it look good? For going out partying, on a date, or hanging out informally with friends, always in climates that aren’t too hot and are fresher.

  • Yes, it’s synthetic, yes it’s warm, and yes it smells more like vanilla than coconut. Still, I find it pleasant. It has a somewhat creamy touch and yes, it’s strong for a body mist. What I don’t understand are the votes for summer use… what the heck? It’s impossible to wear in summer, it becomes super suffocating and heavy; it’s 100% winter and fall. Plus, in summer, insects go crazy with this scent. It’s like a hot vanilla milk with shredded coconut, something like cocadas, those very sweet and moist cookies with lots of coconut. If you’re looking for a tropical coconut, there are many options in the PINK line by Victoria. Coconut Coast and Bronzed Coconut are very nice.
