It doesn’t quite convince me. You might think it smells like sex, drugs, and rock, but it’s the opposite. It has a youthful cut but works well on an adult. After a few days, on paper, it smells like cedar and sweet leather, almost imperceptible. I thought the leather, labdanum, and honey would make it sweet and youthful like the XS Potion, but it doesn’t. It’s more similar to Aphrodisiac.
Sweet and fruity scent, dominated by honey and leather with a lower jasmine note than other versions. The box and bottle are as visual as the entire Black XS line. It has a strong salty base that adds masculinity. It smells like a perfumed leather jacket. Performance is moderate. It’s for night, winter, serious occasions but not just for youth; great for parties or weekends, as well as quieter moments. Not for the life of the party or the extrovert, but for the quiet, tough guy who, with his fake apathy, wins over the girl who already rejected three ‘alpha males.’ It also fits the goth world if you’re into it. Suitable for any age. Fragrance: 8/10, Longevity: 6.5/10, Projection: 7.5/10, Versatility: 7/10.
