It’s total trash; Elixir blows this Night out of the water. It smells like heavy, tiring sweetness—a fragrance for people under 25 or those who just want to smell like they always have. It’s not bad, but I won’t buy it again. The current perfume scene has dropped a level; you have to be extremely picky to find gems, and nothing new this year has convinced me.
This beast is a monster. Sweet, dark, and amber-rich, with note quality that gives it a niche vibe, very different from the other 1 Million versions. It feels like a mix of 1 Million and PDM’s Herod. Brutal.
I tried it once, so maybe my take isn’t the fairest, but it smells just like the original Elixir, though it leans closer to the base 1 Million. We could call it a modernized remake of the original with those trendy sweet notes that remind me of Scandal or Le Beau. Owning both Elixirs is redundant; they’re 90% identical: one with apple and rose, this one with cinnamon and citrus. In short, it’s very similar to the original Elixir but skews more toward the base 1 Million scent.
