  It’s one of the most delicious perfumes I’ve ever tried and worn. I wish they hadn’t discontinued it. No matter how hard I search for a replacement, nothing compares. I remember it as warm and enveloping without being heavy, with a trail that earned me countless compliments. An exquisite white floral with incredible longevity. Wearing it made me so happy; it was my signature scent for years.

  I bought it blindly from a collector. I can’t stand it; it’s very original, and the bottle is gorgeous, but it gives me nausea and makes me dizzy. On top of that, the sillage is brutal—it won’t go away even after a shower. I’m selling it at a super negotiable price if anyone is interested. I’m from Buenos Aires, so please DM me.

  A vintage fragrance… the hyacinth is the star, and it’s definitely an unwelcome guest, making the composition feel outdated and turning it into a ‘grandma’ perfume. Add the ultra-invasive notes of jasmine and honeysuckle, and it smells like those floral crowns bought for funerals. The bottle is very innovative, but it has nothing to do with the contents. The longevity is terrifying; I think people who wear it can go a week without showering, and the scent remains intact.

  Beyond Paradise (2003). A very fresh, fun, and colorful fragrance. The super original bottle fits perfectly with its contents: an explosion of colors and fresh, airy sensations. A fragrance that doesn’t get old, a beautiful and subtle creation by the house.

One day while cleaning, I found a cologne that smelled exactly like this: Solinotes’ Fleur de Frangipanier, which costs only 10 euros for 50ml. I’m thrilled to have found something so similar at a better price, because paying 50 for 30ml wasn’t exactly my thing.

  This masterpiece smells literally like the world of Pandora from Avatar. It is exactly that. A prismatic floral fragrance, an olfactory fantasy with exotic and rare flowers dancing in harmony. Much of its ingredients come from the Eden Project. When I first encountered it, I thought of an innocent, feminine girl, but it’s neither childish nor simple; it smells of timeless beauty that suits all ages, always for women confident in their charm. It’s a very special potion, housed in a rounded, colorful paradise bottle with silver details, like a reserve of wild flora. I still remember the ad featuring the song ‘Love Profusion’ by Madonna and Carolyn Murphy walking by the sea, dancing with flowers and fairies. I will forever hate Estée Lauder for discontinuing that gorgeous bottle design. I hope they keep its preciousness. For all women, of all ages and beliefs, who want to celebrate themselves and say ‘I love me.’ Fragrance 1,000,000 out of 10.

I will forever hate EL for discontinuing that beautiful design, even though there is a linear version. For all women, of all ages and beliefs, who want to celebrate themselves and say ‘I love me’.   Searching for hard-to-find classics from the house in Catalunya, I stumbled upon one of the eight: Estee, Spellbound, Azuree, Aliage Sport, Tuscany, Cinnabar, Intuition, and Beyond Paradise. It’s a varied and delightful collection. Beyond Paradise surprised me: ingredients I love, a fresh work of art with sweet touches and great power. The opening is a potent burst of citrus and flowers that hints at its longevity. Then it settles, letting other florals take center stage to add depth. It’s an exotic, unique floral, far from being beachy or bland; it’s a masterful blend, not strident. It lasts over twelve hours on my skin with a strong trail for two hours. It evokes a distant beach with flowers under the sun. I recommend it for collectors and lovers of the tropical.
