Smells just like Pink Sugar, but without that burnt caramel note.

It’s sweet and caramel-like, but very synthetic; on my skin, it smells like rubber. I only wore it once and put it away in my collection.

Sweet floral with a fruity touch. The opening is strong but shifts to a pleasant sweetness in seconds; I detect gardenia, rose, lily of the valley, then tangerine and tonka bean, finishing with musk and sandalwood. It smells synthetic, not like cotton candy or caramel. Its affordable price makes it a good value. I’m not sure if I’ll buy it again. The sillage is moderate and longevity is acceptable, around 8 to 10 hours. I recommend it for any weather or time of day. I bought it blind and am happy with its development. Definitely recommend if you like sweet, floral, and fruity scents.

I bought it looking for a Pink Sugar dupe because Aquolina’s launch didn’t convince me; it was a blind buy that completely displaced the original, which I plan to sell or gift. The only downside is I only got the 30 ml. It smells like Cotton Candy from the very first moment, and on my skin I don’t notice the flowers it claims to have. Longevity is very good and the trail is delicious. The best part is it’s super affordable in Mexico, around 400 pesos or $17. Hopefully, you can find it in a set. Delicious! 😍

On my skin, it smells sweet, like cotton candy, bubblegum, candies, talcum powder, and roses. It’s a fresh, sweet, and soft scent with excellent staying power. I highly recommend it; it’s not expensive, ranging between $20 and $35. It comes in 100 ml as a very nice Eau de Parfum.

Looking for Pink Sugar isn’t easy in my country, so I found this as a dupe. It was a blind buy and a huge mistake; I didn’t like it at all, maybe it’s my pH, but on my skin it smells like rubber, very synthetic. I don’t know how to explain it; I don’t sense any cotton, caramel, or raspberries as described here.

I agree with those who notice it smells like Pink Sugar. On my skin, Animale Love is more musky and balsamic, less acidic at first. It evolves into cotton candy and caramel, leaving a very soft and rich amber and raspberry finish. The crazy thing is that neither cotton candy nor caramel are in the composition. I recommend it as a wildcard gourmand; if you like super-sweet perfumes, you’ll love it. Watch out: if Pink Sugar doesn’t suit your pH, the same will happen with this. My mom loved Pink Sugar, got compliments, but on her skin it turned into an unremovable smell of burnt rubber and rotten lemon. This happened to her too, but less badly. I will definitely buy it again.

I had ruled out Pink Sugar after reading reviews describing it as burnt caramel, even though I knew Animale Love seemed similar. I dared to buy it blind because it was cheap, and it was a huge mistake. On my skin, Animale Love smells like caramel, but rancid and very heavy. Maybe my product is damaged or just doesn’t match my pH; there are a thousand reasons, but on my skin, it is NOT pleasant. I’m not speaking ill of the brand, please understand me: it’s nothing pleasant, feminine, or cute; it smells like spoiled sugar. It’s the only experience I’ve had with Animale Love, what a shame and disappointment. Every blind perfume I buy I treat with my best goodwill, trying to give them a chance even if they’re not my style, but I failed monumentally here. I cry and suffer.

It’s a sugary-dominant aroma where you also notice a touch of peonies that reminds me of Perfume Pivoine, not exactly the same but with that same floral presence, plus a slight touch of mandarin. It’s a tender scent evoking the femininity and sweetness of a woman without a defined age; I’d use it from childhood to old age, perfect for the office or informal events. Plus, it has that same longevity and accessible price as its Animale predecessors. Ideal for morning and evening wear.

It’s identical to Aquolina’s Pink Sugar: pure cotton candy. I don’t know how the price compares, but it seems easier to find in certain places. I already had the original, and it’s super sweet and long-lasting; a little goes a long way to make you smell good all day. Ideal for gourmand lovers. In the end, I bought it 🙂 It’s a mix of cotton candy, baby powder, and raspberries. Exquisite and at a great price.
