Ambre Premier by Jovoy Paris is an oriental vanilla fragrance for women. Launched in 2011, this composition was created by perfumer Michelle Saramitot. The olfactory pyramid unfolds with spicy and citrus top notes, a floral heart of rose, and a warm, woody base of amber, vanilla, and patchouli.

It’s Jovoy and you’ll love it; it’s not made for chasers. The name fits, the amber is always there accompanied by vanilla and patchouli in the dry-down (I don’t detect the other ingredients), in my view it’s unisex. Good for temperate or cold weather. The downside is that if you wear it often, it might get boring.
A handmade amber that’s absolutely rich. Vanilla and patchouli blend… masculine and well-balanced, impossible not to like. But it smells great fresh, then citrus notes kick in as it dries, which in my opinion ruins everything and kills the interest. Also, I’m not sure if it’s just the Jovoy brand, but every perfume I’ve tried from them has terrible longevity and projection. The dry-down is embarrassing.
Ambery, warm, and delicious scent with more vanilla than patchouli on the skin. 100% unisex and perfect for fall/winter. Incredible performance. Highly recommended.
