Loewe Aire Sensual is a floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2012, this composition was created by perfumer Olivier Cresp. The olfactory pyramid opens with top notes of lemon, petit grain, green apple, and mandarin; the heart reveals freesia, valley lily, and jasmine; and the base settles on musk, vetiver, cedar, and amber.

  • It’s soft, I notice the citrus occasionally and the floral too. Delicate and elegant, not very persistent, fitting within the classic line.

I loved Camelia’s review; she said what I wanted to say. Since I like it so much, I have to add something. Aire Sensual is perfect for summer, a well-balanced citrus floral. I’m not an expert in notes, but clearly the freesia, lemon, and petit grain are the stars. The apple, mandarin, and amber add a bit of sweetness to enhance it and prevent it from being an overwhelming citrus. As for the vetiver, I’m not lying, I don’t have another perfume with this note, I can’t identify it well, but I know this one has something different that keeps me hooked; I suspect it’s the vetiver. I agree with Camelia: delicate, elegant, and classic scent, hard for anyone not to like when you wear it. To finish, moderate sillage and long-lasting: I can still smell it after 12 hours and it stays impregnated in the clothes.

  • It lives up to its name: it feels airy and sensual. Sweet and romantic without being heavy. The floral notes stand out but are balanced by the citrus opening. It’s not groundbreaking, but the modern touch lies in the base that combines flowers and fruits very well. I’d recommend it to girls under 25.

  • I really liked it. Floral and feminine but fresh. Perfect for spring and summer. Pleasant and elegant scent, ideal as a gift; I’m sure no one will dislike it. It complimented me a couple of times. What a pity it’s discontinued.

I’m joining the club of captives. How does Aire Sensual make me like it so much that I wore it daily for my entire vacation week? Even though it’s very citrusy and I usually don’t get excited by that kind of scent, this is an exception. A friend gifted me a 10ml decant and another perfume. From the start, I loved it: delicate, tender, and pure. I wonder why it’s called “SENSUAL” if it doesn’t evoke that for me, as Mademoiselle says. I agree with previous reviews: maybe it’s not sensual, but it’s a beautiful scent that attracts. It’s musky, citrusy, slightly floral, very classic, and you never get tired of it. For warm weather or summer, it’s like just stepping out of the shower—fresh and clean. That’s the ideal time to wear it. The only thing that bothers me is the longevity: even if you apply a lot, it doesn’t overwhelm, but after 3 hours it becomes very faint and I have to reapply. Though I admit it’s one of the few I enjoy reapplying because it’s revitalizing. I loved it for vacation: pleasant, subtle, and goes with everything. Recommended, indisputable quality, and you’ll know by smelling it. One of the best citrus scents tried, nothing generic, but balanced and beautiful. My first Loewe, great impression. 8.3/10.

Aire Sensual is a fresh, soft breath. Very subtle, innocent, delicate, and totally feminine. It opens with petit grain and soft citrus, then joins a fragrant freesia, the classic lily of the valley, and a touch of jasmine, all dewy with lemon. It closes with a great vetiver that adds freshness and nice woods. What stands out most on my skin is the freesia, the lily, and a soft lemon. So fresh, ethereal, and clean that I love wearing it; soft projection but lasts about 5 hours on the skin, perfect for intense heat.

  • Nothing to complain about. Soft, elegant, and not overpowering. Perfect for any day, super subtle.
