I tried it today at a perfumery. Since I love citrus, I was curious. It’s not a bad fragrance; it has a full-bodied, long-lasting citrus note with a delicious lemon scent and a solid citrus heart. I also detect a delicate, feminine, and pleasant neroli aroma. Creating a citrus fragrance isn’t easy; harmonizing a cologne requires talent and experience. I compare it to Dior Homme Cologne 2013, which feels more modern, while this Loewe version has a classic touch. There’s no doubt it will appeal to citrus lovers and fans of fresh, wearable, and non-offensive scents. Perfect for daily wear and all ages. A safe bet from Loewe. They didn’t take risks (well, only with the bottle color, which I like—a fun fluorescent yellow).

  • I used this a few years ago, and based on the reviews, it seems nothing like the original. I can’t analyze its components, but it was delicate, subtle, and elegant. I pictured it on well-dressed women aged 25 to 35, shopping at El Corte Inglés or in upscale neighborhoods. I liked it.

  • I wouldn’t buy it again because I’m looking for new fragrances, and none of the ones I’ve already used fit the bill.

Floral and very citrusy, lemon dominates. I own Coral by Loewe and to me, they smell identical.

  • LIMA-LIME IN SUMMER: Aire de Fantasía is like that lime-limeade that refreshes you on a scorching summer day at the beach: appetizing, vibrant, and absolutely refreshing. If you’re not a citrus fan, better hold off, because this composition is built on luminous, sparkling citrus notes, but it doesn’t stop there. A delicate base of white flowers provides perfect balance, a soft embrace that makes the blend addictive and elegant. I see it as more summer-appropriate, a season where fresh scents usually fade quickly, but here the projection and longevity are surprisingly notable. Unisex and ageless, it’s for those seeking freshness with a sophisticated touch. Regarding the new design, I’ve read divided opinions, but for me, Loewe’s new packaging is a total hit. Its minimalist, almost Bauhaus aesthetic with clean lines evokes the subtle luxury of niche perfumery. The boxes, featuring botanical images that look like contemporary sculptures, are a visual delight. And let’s not forget that, although Loewe is part of LVMH, everything is still Made in Spain, another reason to value our local gem.

  • The Loewe cologne. Fresh, cozy, and rich with its balanced orange citrus part mixed with green notes reminiscent of petit grain in children’s colognes. It’s familiar and tender, with the advantage of having slightly better fixation than splash colognes. I see it as ideal for a pregnant woman, or simply as another option to add freshness and joy in summer. A grateful “always there” aroma from the house, which has the disadvantage of the price. It feels contradictory that such beautiful formulas we used to use by the liter in splash format now have to be used drop by drop because they cost a fortune. Anyway, Aire Fantasía is like Mar de Coral or Dior’s Portofino, classic fresh beauties that are always appreciated.

  • The LOEWE cologne smells fresh and cozy, with a balanced citrus orange note that blends into green accords reminiscent of childhood petit grain colognes. It’s familiar and tender; while it has better longevity than the splash versions, it’s ideal for pregnant women or simply delivers that summer freshness and joy we crave. It’s a beloved ‘always’ scent from the house, but the price is a drawback—it’s contradictory that such lovely formulas, which we used liberally with the splash, are now measured drop by drop because they cost a fortune. Anyway, Aire Fantasía is like Dior’s Mar de Coral or Portofino: classic fresh beauties that are always welcome.

  • I know this one because someone in my circle uses a ton of it and has lent it to me several times; it always reminds me a ton of elementary school, like something a teacher might have worn. To me, this isn’t a discrete, refreshing, smiling citrus, nor a lightly pollinated, refined citrus-floral, nor one of those ‘South of Spain’ types that are all light. This is green and fresh. I find it more interesting than Éscale, which feels more crystalline and classic, and it’s amusing. It doesn’t smell like the creamy, cheerful neroli of 4711, though maybe a bit like that DH pandemic hygiene cologne. On my skin, it has very little floral weight. It’s a small, pomelo-tinged neroli, quite nice, with a touch of mesocarp, a woody nuance, and a thick, grassy tone like lawn in a cold, misty cloud that softens the harshness of the notes and makes it less unappealing. That certain unappealing vibe it emits is actually robustness, and if it didn’t feel half-finished, it would have more potential. It’s cold, quite bitter, without sweetness, and with few acidic citrus notes once the opening passes. It seems a bit grumpy, making you want to hug it to make it see reason. It’s not a fantasy at all; a silly flanker name. It seems to be looking back at the 90s, refusing to be a totally classic cologne. If I didn’t know its launch date, I wouldn’t know where to place it temporally. The performance isn’t bad compared to others in the family and similar style. It doesn’t add anything, but it’s funny to me. Recommended for those who like floral pomelo tones and the near-total absence of fruity notes.

  • A friend uses it a lot and it always reminds me of primary school, something professor-like. To me, it’s not a discreet citrus or a shy, luminous floral like those from the south; this is green and fresh. I find it more interesting than Escale, which is more crystalline, and it’s quite funny. It doesn’t smell like the creamy neroli of 4711, maybe a bit like that hygienic cologne from before the pandemic. On my skin, it has little floral weight: a nice pomelo-neroli with a touch of mesocarp, woody notes, and another hefty green note like grass in a cold cloud that softens the nuances. That aversion it emits is actually robustness; if it weren’t so weak, it would be more interesting. It’s cold, bitter, without sweetness or strong acidic citrus after the opening. It seems like a grumpy cologne that makes you want to hug it. It’s not fantasy, just a silly flanker name looking back at the 90s and refusing to be classic. If you don’t know its release date, you can’t place it temporally. The performance isn’t bad compared to others in the family. Without adding anything, it just makes me laugh. Recommended to try if you like floral-pomelo tones and almost no fruity notes.

Citric-musk scent that vanishes in a breath; after a few minutes, only a neroli trail remains. Ideal for summer like most colognes, but it offers no surprises and could smell like a child’s. Loewe Agua y Mar de Coral are more interesting options in terms of notes, though they also don’t last long. It left me indifferent.
