  The citrus opening felt strong and faded quickly. What remained was a very peculiar aquatic and salty scent. I’m pretty sure I’ve smelled something identical somewhere else—maybe in a lotion—but I can’t recall where, which drives me crazy 😂 It’s a curious fragrance, not what I expected. It’s not really my style, but it’s interesting. I recommend testing it before buying.

  Excellent marine fragrance that reminds me of walks along the Mediterranean, with that watery and salty halo of summer mornings. The opening citrus is evident but not overwhelming, achieving a bright composition that truly lives up to its name. It’s beautiful, not overly complex, and works well in any situation, especially in warm weather. Totally unisex, though it reads differently on men and women, so I’d recommend women try it on their skin before buying. I see it as a family-friendly scent, perfect for keeping in the bathroom for everyone to use. Lasts about 7 hours on skin, projects well for the first two hours, then settles into a personal bubble close to the skin. Aegean Salt & Citrus is a niche fragrance at an accessible price that outshines other pretentious luxury marine perfumes.

The opening might make you think it’s a boring citrus scent, but after 30 minutes, it transforms into something salty and marine, intensifying over time with that algae note adding a rich oceanic depth. A great choice for summer and hot days.

  This isn’t just a perfume; it’s an experience that brings back the scent of skin after a long day at the beach, lounging with a lemon-scented beer (that’s exactly how I imagine it, and where my nose takes me). Longevity: 8/10, moderate (5-7 hours). Sillage: 7/10, moderate (1 hour). Projection: Strong at first (30 mins), then fades to become more intimate after 4 hours. Use 1: Spring/summer, daytime. Use 2: Casual or recreational occasions (smells amazing at the beach and evokes the sea), also works in the office. Not for formal events. Rating: A solid 8/10, and even better considering the price (50-60$, maybe less for us in the EU).

Projection: High at the start (30 mins), then drops to intimate after 4 hours. Usage: Spring/summer, daytime, informal or recreational (it’s on another level at the beach), also in the office. NOT for formal events. Rating: Solid 8/10 and cheaper than it costs ($50-60 or less in EU).

  A 10 for flavor. While the Kolotinis line is usually gourmand, this Aegean Salt with citrus is less over-the-top and a pure delight, hitting 100%. Sometimes less is more. It’s salty and citrusy, not aquatic, linear but charming and perfect for the heat. It doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but in its simplicity, it’s original in a saturated market. Smells incredible, balanced so the saltiness doesn’t weigh it down. Fresh, almost elegant, and best of all, it’s a quality marine experience everyone will love. It reminds me of salty skin right after a swim in the sea, that plunge into turquoise water, lying on smooth stones under the sun with the breeze. Everything in moderation, no artificials. No sticky algae, no sulfur, or shipwreck woods; just enjoy the sun, sand, and clean sea. Although undeclared, it must carry musk and white wood in the base for that subtle, quality fixative. Lasts 6-7 hours with projection in a personal bubble that lingers on clothes. Totally unisex. Highly recommended, whether for yourself or as a gift. Day and late afternoon in summer are its moments. Unbeatable quality-to-price ratio. Along with Alluring Fig, it’s the best non-gourmand from Theodoros. Cheers!

  The scent is brutal, but watch out: the projection is just right, barely noticeable after a while. In return, it lasts forever and up close, it smells absolutely top-tier.
