  • Starts with a soapy, sharp pear—super fresh and not cloying. As it dries, the fruit recedes and milky, sugary nuances take over, yet it stays light. Kalotinis never misses on projection and longevity. Despite the notes, it smells like early spring and summer.

  • I tried this gem from master perfumer Kalotinis and it’s simply fantastic. If you love gourmand scents and pear, this is your perfume. It delivers 100%: it smells like pear ice cream with vanilla and crunchy cookie, lasting about 8 hours. The sweetness is noticeable but restrained, nothing suffocating. Perfect for casual or semi-formal days year-round, except in extreme heat. With Theo, you always know exactly what you’re getting. The quality-to-price ratio is brutal: it makes you feel rich and your credit card hugs you with tears of joy. Wish more perfumers followed his example.

Just arrived; I’m basing this on first impressions. The opening smells literally like a pear ice cream cone with vanilla. You notice the wafer, you notice the frozen pear, very milky without getting tiring, sweet but not cloying, very realistic. I can’t talk about longevity yet since it’s just my first exposure, and regarding projection, I hope it’s not too heavy, because if it is, in my opinion, it would eventually get tiring.

  • It opens with a super realistic, fresh, slightly acidic, and ‘crunchy’ pear. It’s not sweet or slippery. Soon, the waffle cone and gourmand vanilla appear. As it dries down, the pear fades (which I appreciate), leaving a sweet, milky scent with a softer, less sharp fruity touch. It’s a good perfume that delivers, though the sillage and longevity are a bit short for me. The value is great because you can smell every note, even if it doesn’t last forever. Worth trying, and the discovery set is perfect for testing the collection.

  • This perfume comes with a hyper-realistic, fresh, slightly acidic, and ‘crunchy’ pear (not the typical sweet, slippery pear). Just because of that, it doesn’t stray from sweetness, as you soon perceive the ice cream wafer and a gourmand vanilla touch. At this point (mid-dry down), the pear drops significantly (which I appreciate because the opening overwhelms me), leaving a sweet milky perfume with a subtle pear note, much less sharp. Overall, it’s a good perfume that delivers on its promises, though the sillage and longevity feel short. I feel the value for money is good since you can smell every declared note, despite not having a brutal performance. I think it’s worth trying, and the discovery set (with 3ml of each perfume) is a great way to test this and others in the collection.

I’ll add that the dry down gradually fades the pear, leaving behind a very milky vanilla. Performance is very good, but as I feared, it’s a scent that, personally, eventually tires me out.

  • A synthetic and poor-smelling scent I’ve heard from this brand, and there aren’t many of them. The performance is horrendous; I don’t recommend it. Any Victoria’s Secret spray is better.

  • The most synthetic and poor-smelling scent I’ve ever heard from this guy, and he’s not the only one I’ve tried. Performance… horrendous. I don’t recommend it; any Victoria Secret mist is better.

More than a pear ice cream, it’s pear juice with an undeclared white floral base and a sweet aquatic part. It’s an interesting but somewhat confusing proposal for my taste. The juicy, aquatic pear feels quite realistic, though the sweet note is hard for me to combine. The dry down is well-executed, leaving a more compact scent like a sweet fresh pear. I had high expectations for the cinnamon rolls, but it didn’t disappoint; my close friends are fascinated by it. Longevity is decent, lasting about half a day, and projecting no more than an arm’s length. I hope to get used to it over time and familiarize myself with it.

More than an ice cream, it’s a juicy pear juice with an undeclared white floral base and a sweet aquatic touch. It’s interesting but a bit confusing; the juicy pear is very realistic, but the sweet blend takes some getting used to. The drydown is well-executed, staying compact and like a fresh, sweet pear. I had high expectations from the cinnamon rolls, but it didn’t disappoint. My close friends love it. The longevity is decent, lasting about half a day with moderate projection. I hope to get used to it over time.

I don’t remember the pear on dry skin or on my skin at all. The waffle cone stands out too much, seeming soaked in caramel. Nothing fresh or tasty, what a pity.

Forget it. Whether on dry skin or skin, it never reminded me of pear; the wafer stands out too much, seeming soaked in caramel. Nothing fresh or tasty, what a pity.

Very delicious; the name is exactly what you’ll find. The pear is very noticeable, with milky and sweet vanilla touches. I wear it in winter and it works great. Its projection and longevity are moderate. Overall, this Kalotinis line offers good value for money; it’s recommended for dipping into niche if you enjoy gourmand scents.

  • It’s my first Kalotinis perfume and it’s an absolute blast. It smells very realistic, like you have a creamy pear ice cream cone right in front of you. First, it smells like fresh, crisp pear. Then comes the vanilla wafer, and finally, the pear blends with the milky note, resulting in a creamy pear gelato. In the dry down, what lingers most is the sweet vanilla of the cone. It’s a cheerful and lovely scent. I was very surprised and it leaves me wanting to buy other creations from this line.

  • This is my first Kalotinis perfume and it’s a total hit. It smells super realistic, like you have a creamy pear ice cream cone right in front of you. First, the fresh and crunchy pear, then the waffle cone with vanilla, and finally, the pear blends with the milky notes: a perfect gelato. As it dries, what remains most is the sweet vanilla from the cone. It’s a cheerful and lovely scent. I was very surprised and it makes me want to buy more from their line.

  • The scent is spectacular; the evolution is incredible. It opens with something very fresh, almost citrusy, but super sweet, like pear ice cream. It’s so realistic you almost taste it. Then, after ten minutes, the wafer takes over, becoming a sweet, gourmand cookie—delicate yet hyper-realistic, making you drool. Here’s the critique: I have a love-hate relationship with Kalotinis perfumes. They are SO WELL EXECUTED, with such realistic aromas and quality, that it’s a shame (and a joke) how little they last. I’m not exaggerating: my Pear Gelato lasts between 45 and 90 minutes. You have to reapply. It frustrates me so much that I’m reconsidering buying it again when I run out. In summary: Scent 10/10, Longevity 2/10, Projection 7/10, Sillage 7/10. Ideal for? Very intimate and short dates.

Literally smells like a cookie wafer with a pear sorbet on top, nothing else. Sweet but fresh, and it lasts well.
