I’m a man and my ex used to wear it; it smells exquisite. I recommend it to women: they’ll have their man glued to their neck.
Delicious, sweet but not overwhelming or invasive. It can be worn in warm climates, ideal for spring. It’s a daily scent with a touch of sophistication, perfect for everyday wear or indoor settings. Longevity is moderate; I need to reapply after four hours.
At first, it smells like fruity champagne, then it leaves a trail of champagne with a subtle and pleasant rose on the skin. Finally, it becomes musky but the champagne and roses are still noticeable. It’s a very pleasant, clean, and slightly powdery scent, very elegant. It lasts about ten hours on my skin, which surprised me. The sillage is moderate and doesn’t get heavy. It’s very versatile, fitting for any moment and situation.
One of my favorites: it’s pink in every sense of the word. It wraps you in pink, it’s luminous, fresh yet elegant, soft but sparkling, feminine without being childish. It’s exquisite and very long-lasting, eight hours on the skin and even after washing the clothes. I own several bottles because it’s easy to wear: it stands out at work meetings, during the day, in the evening, in all seasons, for casual outings, parties, or dinners. Just putting it on brightens your day. Worth trying.
This perfume is too rich and its notes fit perfectly. I don’t have it yet, but when I tested it, it performed excellently: I used it at 4 PM and it was still on my skin at 12 PM the next day. It’s the only one I’ve tested with that kind of staying power. It’s a soft sweetness with moderate sillage, ideal for wearing multiple times. It’s not a weird concept, but it’s a great option for soft, feminine, and sweet perfumes with good longevity.
I love it, it’s incredible and delicious. Very versatile, with excellent longevity of over 12 hours on the skin and even more on clothes. I’ve already bought it twice.
Perfect for going out: it lasts all night and you can smell it through the smoke and club odors. It’s super feminine, long-lasting, sensual, and playful, with that champagne note that makes it fun. On my skin, the spiced rose with pink pepper stands out; the dry-down is great. It reminds me of my youth nights dancing. It lasts better in spring or autumn than in summer or winter; it’s a super nighttime perfume.
A sexy perfume for all seasons. I’ve had it for two weeks and I absolutely love it. Always with Carolina’s signature touch.
Pepper and roses: the opening is a blast of pepper that lasts for hours and is too invasive for my taste, though it becomes more floral and musky as it dries. The roses sound a bit old-fashioned at first. I’d only wear it if I had no other option; the sillage is minimal. I prefer this to 212 VIP, but the opening doesn’t convince me. Not recommended, there are better options out there, and if you’re looking for something similar, Narciso Rodriguez’s Musc Noir Rose is much more balanced.
I regret buying it; it disappointed me given my expectations. It just smells like roses, rich but nothing special. It’s soft and doesn’t last long.
It’s a very rich scent with flowers and a bit of sweetness. Quite soft and feels like a young adult woman. However, it’s a scent I feel I’ve smelled before; it smells very common, uninteresting, or nothing different from what you can find anywhere.
My favorite! It’s a youthful, effervescent, and fresh fragrance; the rosé champagne gives it all the necessary touch.
I love it; it smells delicious! It’s sweet but not cloying thanks to that soft, fresh rose—nothing musty like others. The spicy touch makes it cheerful, and the woods are barely noticeable, very light. The downside is I have to apply a lot to feel it, and even then, it fades quickly. With other perfumes I use three sprays; here I need six, so it runs out fast. Maybe it’s my pH, since this doesn’t happen with others. Anyway, I’ll enjoy it while it lasts.
It smells like peach, citrus, dry, and champagne. That champagne note smells metallic, and I hate those two notes. I’d much rather wear the original 212 than this one. But if you like those notes, the perfume is well-made and long-lasting.
Excellent! My girlfriend used to wear it when we met, and every time she puts it on, it brings back so many memories. It’s definitely a fragrance that must be in the collection, and I gift her a bottle every time she finishes one.
The scent is so strong that if you don’t moderate with the sprayer, it becomes unbearable. It doesn’t smell bad, and I sense a slight sweetness, but it’s quite heavy.
Very nice, it’s very similar to 212 Sexy, but once it dries down, the champagne and rose really shine through. It’s a sophisticated fragrance, and it lasts me forever. I love it.
I love it; it was a birthday gift back in 2014 and brings back great memories. It’s strong—not for sensitive noses—but it’s not cloying or synthetic. It lasts a long time on my skin, and I can really smell the notes.
I don’t know how to review this 😅, I didn’t expect the champagne note to be so bubbly—it’s incredible! I loved it: it’s sweet but not cloying, very elegant.
What a delight! It’s a delicious rose, very wearable even if you don’t usually like roses. The champagne notes give it a fresh, sparkling touch. It’s well-crafted and has never given me a headache. It suits all ages. Longevity is regular to good depending on how much you apply, and it sticks to clothes like glue.
One of my most flattering perfumes. It’s versatile, for day or night. The champagne note is addictive, floral, and youthful. When I need to make a good first impression, it never fails. If I want to wear it at night, I layer it with 212 Sexy, and the blend of both formulas makes me get compliments wherever I go. It’s a secret shhhh…
MY FAVORITE PERFUME!!! It’s subtle, elegant, but not mature at all. On the contrary, it’s very youthful without being childish. The first thing is pink pepper with champagne: I’ve never heard champagne before, it smells effervescent, similar to bergamot. The pink pepper smells like red fruit, like lychee or raspberry, something cheerful and fruity. Then come angelic, youthful, and fresh roses (though it has musk, it’s not powdery, it’s fresh). I’ve never heard of peach blossom, but it smells nice. The emojis are 🌸🌷🌺🎀. Very feminine and pure, more for day than night, but suitable for a cloudy autumn day or an ultra-hot summer.
I feel like the 212 VIP Rose is similar to Hugo Boss The Scent for Her due to the peach note, but they have nothing in common in the opening. Here, the champagne is fresh and so is the dry down. I like both a lot, but this one has more floral presence, making it more formal (rose and peach blossom), yet completely youthful, delicate, elegant, and pure. It’s very wearable and can be used any time of year.
It’s awful, smells like an old lady’s cologne. HORROR. The longer it sits on the skin, the uglier it gets. I don’t recommend it at all. Ugly, ugly.
Damn pink pepper, I can’t handle it. There are so many beautiful scents that have it, but here it gives me nausea and headaches. Still, I’d wear it even if it hurt because the dry down is amazing: I smell the pink champagne with a very clean rose thanks to the musk. It’s a lovely perfume, easy to wear. If I have to say something bad, it’s that I’ve smelled it a lot, but that’s why it’s a great gift and a safe blind buy.
I understand people say it smells ‘mature,’ but I disagree. I’m 23 and I love wearing it to go out. At first, it’s very floral, but the champagne note makes it super fresh. When it dries, it stays floral, softens with a spicy and sweet touch, keeping that champagne effervescence. It’s not incredible or expensive-looking, but it’s worth having once. I have the 30ml; with two sprays, it lasts all night (I apply at 4 PM, party until midnight, still detect it though faint). I’m not the type to party all morning, but the projection reaches an arm’s length after 4 hours.
It’s a wonder even when it dries down. To me, it smells like expensive makeup, like a high-end art gallery with well-dressed women on a night in New York. Dry, refined, and interesting. Not sweet or floral, slightly musky, and at the base, the champagne sparkles. It reminds me of Elizabeth Arden’s 5th Avenue. I refused to try it because the VIP Rose Extra is terribly sweet, but this one is precious.
Like all the Chs, super sophisticated. Subtle with that characteristic DNA of the line, about 50% similar in my opinion. Perfect for wearing both day and night.
What I love most is the champagne note; I adore it, I like it more than the 212 VIP Gold. I smell it as more floral, fresh yet also sweet and nocturnal. It’s spectacular; out of all the 212s, this is my favorite after Sexy.
Champagne and fruits, super fresh and bright. Smells like a happy, extroverted girl, nothing teenage. Perfect for the office and very affordable. It’s light but lasts on skin and clothes. I see it evolving for a younger crowd, but I still use it for errands and casual plans.
I bought it a couple of years ago; the bottle came with a small tester. I tried it and smelled only champagne with a slight fruity hint. Luckily it came with a tester because I preferred to resell the large sealed bottle. Maybe if I tried it again I’d appreciate it a bit more, but over time I realized I’m definitely a floral person. I don’t think it’s a bad perfume, simply it wasn’t my taste. The performance didn’t seem marvelous to me either. If I can highlight something I did like, it was the powdery dry-down that fascinates me in perfumes, but having to go through the champagne phase didn’t convince me to keep it. If that’s the case, I prefer sticking with Flower by Kenzo or Anais Anais.
Although it might seem fresh due to the simplicity of the notes, it’s a powerful and intense perfume. I’d wear it to go out partying any time of year because it has a very nice and potent trail. It’s not a dense or overbearing perfume per se, but I don’t see it as something light for summer, at least for me. It smells great and I think it can earn many compliments 🙂
It’s absolutely delicious. I think the fruity aspect is much more prominent than the graphic suggests; while the floral notes are very prominent, it feels with a very firm sweet touch. For me, the performance is unbeatable—it lasts 12 hours on skin and clothes without any issues. Even after several days, when I go to do laundry, the basket still smells like it. For me, it will remain a recurring purchase as long as it’s on the market.
I like it moderately, so don’t be fooled by the listed notes because ultimately it’s not that fresh. I like it, but my ex used to wear it, so I have to say no :>
It’s a perfume that smells good and feminine, but it does feel slightly dated since it lacks the gourmand notes we’ve gotten used to lately. I like mixing it with other scents, especially fruity ones, to boost its longevity. I wouldn’t buy it again right now, but it brings back good memories and I’ve gone through two large bottles of it.
A perfume for everyday wear, for going to the office. Feminine and elegant. Definitely not sweet; rather floral, musky, and a bit heavy. I was waiting for the freshness of pink pepper and champagne. Pink, presentable, elegant, and dignified. Super performance; even after a shower, I still feel it. Beautiful bottle, elegant…
Horrible.
I first encountered the CaroCuore dupe in Argentina; honestly, it’s criminal how similar they are, lol. Luckily, I got a free sample with another purchase. The scent is lovely and pleasant, but since I first knew the cheaper alternative, I associate it directly with that… and I feel it’s not worth buying at a department store price. I don’t get why people say it smells ‘old lady’; in my opinion, it’s one of the youngest scents I know, although maybe it’s because I have a 1.2ml sample and those usually only show the heart and base notes.
212 VIP Rosé seems fresh but it’s not really. The opening is a delightful effervescence and the rose is very noticeable at first and quite pleasant, but then a milky, overly sweet musk takes over and shifts the vibe. Honestly, I would have loved for it to be more linear and keep that springtime freshness. The longevity is about 6 hours with average projection; it radiates just beyond the skin but lingers on clothes, though it no longer smells like 212, more like a sweet amber and powder. I don’t love the packaging; the magnetic cap is heavy and risks damaging the fragile neck of the bottle. My first one broke right there, so I had to use the warranty. Now I handle it with extreme care since I know it’s not very durable.
What a fantastic perfume. It opens soft as champagne and then turns super sensual and delicate. Elegant, feminine, with little sparks that make you wonder where that scent comes from. My 18-year-old daughter uses it; it’s one of her favorites and mine too. But watch out—it’s not just for young people, nowhere near it. There’s no age limit; it’s one of those scents perfect for a woman who wants to turn heads. Delicious, charming, intoxicating. Highly recommended.
