Another perfume that adds nothing new; we’ve smelled better and higher-quality scents before. I don’t know what’s going on in perfumeries—they treat us like fools by selling aromas that serve no purpose. Plus, the notes don’t match up at all. A disappointing start to the year with everything they’ve launched so far.

  • 6/10. Smells good, but it’s not what it seems. The opening is sweet with that pineapple and a dry herbal absinthe note that grabs attention. But after 30 minutes, it turns more caramel-like and creamy. To my taste, it feels like a copy of other existing perfumes, including the original 212. I almost bought it upon testing, but once it dried down, it didn’t convince me.

  • It smells weird, and not because of the bottle, which is stunning. It opens with that masculine pineapple mixed with a very soft absinthe that’s barely noticeable. The opening smells good and catches attention, but it’s not delightful. Then a tonka scent kicks in, even though they claim it’s caramel. The dry down is almost identical to a Zara cologne and feels very cheap. I’d say it’s for collectors since it’s limited, but it smells very strange. I’m not disgusted, but I have no idea what I just tried.

  • It hits with a sweet pineapple blast right away, then settles into caramel. It’s tropical, but it smells like too much sugar for summer. The opening is quirky and original, but the dry down is identical to 212 VIP Black. It starts unisex but turns masculine. If the performance is good, it could replace the Black.

Another perfume that adds nothing new; we’ve already smelled better things of higher quality. • You spray two and immediately get a sweet pineapple blast, then it settles into caramel. It’s tropical, but it smells like too much sugar for summer. The opening is curious and original, but the dry down is identical to 212 VIP Black. It starts unisex but ends up masculine. If it performs well, it could replace the Black.
