  • Neither like it nor dislike it. The opening is odd, probably due to the aldehydes, with a citrus touch before becoming very floral. Too much for me. It’s a mix of floral and soapy notes—rose, jasmine, and iris. It didn’t convince me. Best for spring and autumn, and for daytime. Longevity is long-lasting; sillage is moderate.

Without the opening, on my skin it’s fairly linear: bitter, soapy aldehydes with citrus that give way to a slightly talcum-like floral base that’s a bit less woody. The aldehydes mark the opening and are noticeable throughout. I don’t sense much evolution. It smells good and is original, but it doesn’t captivate me. Good performance; projects a lot at first, then stays closer but remains present. Lasting power is acceptable. I think it works for any weather; although unisex, in my opinion it leans more feminine. Personally, this Tauer didn’t work for me. Even though the ingredients and accords have quality, the scent just doesn’t attract me at all.

Setting aside the opening, this perfume feels fairly linear on my skin. Bitter and soapy aldehydes paired with citrus notes open up to reveal a slightly talcum-like floral bouquet that’s a bit less woody. The aldehydes are much more pronounced in the dry down, as I mentioned, but they remain noticeable throughout. I barely notice any other evolution. The scent isn’t bad and feels quite original, but it never really captivates me. Performance is good, with considerable projection in the first few hours, then closer to the skin but still present. Longevity is also acceptable. I believe it’s a perfume suitable for any weather; although unisex, in my opinion it leans more feminine. Personally, this Tauer didn’t work for me. Even though the ingredients and accords show quality, the scent simply doesn’t attract me in the slightest.

  • Starts super soapy and powdery, dominated by aldehydes. In the dry down, it smells like desert air. I like it; it’s quite original.

  • Aldehydic floral opening, very soapy and powdery. The aldehydes are the thread running through the fragrance. In the final dry down, there are hints of desert air. I like it and it’s quite original.
