It’s nothing like I expected. The opening smells of cured leather, very animalistic, and dirty amber. On my skin, it doesn’t sit well unless you’re aiming to project a wild night vibe. After many hours, the leather potency fades and the herbal side emerges, with hyssop becoming noticeable and the amber sweetening, making it less masculine. It has a nice trail for about two hours, then lingers close to the skin for at least seven more. I thought it was a rough yet classy scent, in the style of Cuir de Russie (though a different leather), perfect for cold nights. I wouldn’t wear it myself, but it could be great for the right person. Pleasant: 6/10 Interesting: 7/10 Versatile: 6/10 Original: 6/10

Its herbal facet stands out thanks to the hyssop, though what truly defines it is that luminous jasmine heart note, adding an animal and floral touch that sets it apart from its predecessor. The leather smells fantastic and isn’t artificial. Overall, it’s an elegant, wearable-for-daily scent with a nice close-range trail, though in my opinion, it lacks a bit of longevity. Rating: 6.5
