Descripción

La Vie Est Belle Vanille Nude by Lancôme is an oriental floral fragrance for women. This creation, launched in 2025, was designed by Anne Flipo and Dominique Ropion. Its olfactory pyramid begins with solar top notes of jasmine; the heart reveals warm bourbon vanilla; and the base settles on white musk and sandalwood.

  • This is like having leftovers in the fridge but charging you a Michelin-star price for it. The indirect way of calling someone an idiot right in their face 🤣🤣 They don’t even try anymore.

  • I’m sorry to say this, but it’s the truth, and they need to be put in their place. This perfume is a PM🦄 BS. Why? Zara is the queen of the best vanillas. First, you have to be on par, and this vanilla isn’t just found equally elsewhere; it’s crafted countless times better at Zara for popular prices. Anyone who has tried many fragrances and is honest will recognize that.

  • I don’t own any LVEBs because I didn’t like them, but I absolutely loved this one. It’s nothing like the previous ones. I tested it in the store this morning, smelled it all day, showered, and I can still smell it! It’s definitely going into my collection.

  • If you’re looking for something unusual, try the leather one (I’m not even sure if it’s the Elixir). Everything from Lancôme smells like an adult woman, but this Nude smells like an elderly person, and I hate being pigeonholed by age; my god, what an unbearable perfume.

  • A beautiful flanker with a very present DNA from the original, especially with the iris, though not the patchouli. At first, it reminded me of the creaminess of the discontinued L’Eau de Parfum Intense, but then it evolved much more into a solar, creamy vibe with a sandalwood and musk combo, with the musk being particularly prominent. It feels quite intimate in terms of projection but lasts well, clinging to the skin, and very well. It would be immature to say it’s not worth it just because it’s a skin scent; this flanker definitely has class and doesn’t need to shout to be appreciated by a discerning audience. If you’re looking for an option that respects the original iris essence but is subtler, vanilla-floral, musky, and without patchouli… this should work great for you. What’s clear is that it’s not a perfume you could bottle under another line; it feels very much like a La Vie Est Belle but more personal. If I get creative, I feel like it’s a sensual woman’s perfume, someone you want to get close to and know better, who doesn’t need to be loud with her scent (the first LVEB wouldn’t work here because it’s too much, I don’t know if I’m making sense). Hope this helps and you’re inspired to try it on skin to draw your own conclusions.

  • I tried it a few days ago and it’s a very nice, feminine, and elegant vanilla, but nothing you can’t find elsewhere. In my case, I might pick it up, but if I find a similar vanilla by the time I decide, I’ll probably go with that one instead.

  • I tested it a few days ago, and it’s a very pretty, feminine, and elegant vanilla, but nothing you can’t find elsewhere. In my case, I might get it, but if within the time I decide to buy, I find another vanilla that seems more or less the same, I’m likely to stick with that other one.

  • Looking at the notes, I wasn’t expecting anything from this flanker, and after smelling it, I can say it’s completely dispensable. It’s just another vanilla-floral that’s been popping up lately. For my nose and taste, this fragrance is a huge MEH. To top it off, the projection is practically non-existent… next.

Who said it smells like an older woman? Don’t let the opening fool you; later it settles into a sweet scent, not a potent vanilla but a very pleasant sweetness. It’s a perfume to smell on yourself and fall in love with. Very nice.

  • Which vanilla did it remind me of? The one from Scandal Intense. Maybe the solar aspect leans a bit yellow-floral, which is why it triggers that memory. It could also be that the vanilla is blended with almonds or tonka bean, because it’s literally a warm, enveloping vanilla. I catch a faint hint of the LVEB DNA in the dry down. With these two (Vanille Nude and Scandal Intense), I get the impression of a cheap perfume, like I’ve already smelled it before—could have been from any low-cost or catalog brand. It’s nothing new, but it would be a safe buy if you love cloying solar vanillas.

  • FlorPerfumito21

It’s a very powdery vanilla, period. If you like vanilla and musk, it’s your perfume. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the price; it’s a meh perfume.

  • I expected something else, maybe it’s just my skin, but all I smelled was iris and nothing else, super dusty 😞 and it didn’t last at all.

  • I tried it at a perfumery because the bottle really caught my eye; it’s gorgeous. I loved it! It’s a ‘clean’ vanilla, probably due to the musk and sandalwood. It has that signature DNA and that designer perfume vibe, with a wearable vanilla touch for any occasion. It’s a perfume I plan to add to my collection soon.

  • I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I smelled it on the display stand on a Tuesday and bought it by Saturday. It’s incredible how it smells. I love very sweet scents, even cloying ones with vanilla. It’s curious: I didn’t like the original, but this new flanker is amazing. I’ve read you can find the scent elsewhere for cheaper, but honestly, I don’t know where. Vanilla is common everywhere, but you won’t find anything quite like this. I can’t even describe it well; it smells sensual, vanilla, and feminine.

  • The opening is gorgeous, but then the lipstick note kicks in. It’s not strong, it just smells like lipstick.

  • Agussugar.beauty

What a beautiful flanker! I own several LVEB bottles and this is one of my favorites, right up there with Soleil Cristal. It’s super vanilla but soft, powdery, and clean, thanks to the musk that gives it a refined facet. The solar accord adds warmth, making it an incredibly cozy version. I love wearing it on these early autumn days; it’s so comfortable.

  • Ugh, I loved it from the first impression and after several tests; it smells so lovely, delicate, tender, feminine, and elegant 💗. It smells like coconut and something sweet, very delicate; looking at the notes, it has jasmine and vanilla, and I love those notes together, plus solar notes which I suppose make it a more complex aroma (maybe they’re perceived as sunscreens, perfect for summer). I think all its notes combined make a very special perfume ✨. I would definitely have it in my collection ❤️ and I think it has moderate sillage, like its flankers Iris Absolu and Intensement. 10/10 on the scent 🥰. The longevity seems quite moderate, just like the flankers I mentioned, because I feel it fades quickly, but it’s one of those aromas meant for personal enjoyment, not to overwhelm others. I also feel it might be similar to the yellow Zenith from Lancôme’s O line; I like that one too, it smells like coconut and is very lovely for hot climates, a sweet but non-bothersome and delicate scent.

  • Andrea perfumona

Very nice. It’s nothing like the original; it doesn’t seem to be from the same line, it reminded me of Cheirosa ’59 by Sol de Janeiro.

  • Jaionemaite3

This flanker has a bad reputation, but personally, I loved it from the very first time I smelled the sample; it has everything I need in my daily work life at the hospital. It seems like a delicious, elegant, sweet vanilla with a soft coconut base 😍😍. I wear it and don’t bother anyone. When I want to be a bit more wild, I layer it with a bit of Piano Santal, and it just drives me crazy ❤❤❤.

  • These soulless perfumes make me so sad. I received a sample and tried not to be prejudiced since it’s a flanker of one of the world’s most popular perfumes, BUT, I just can’t. I feel bad. And I feel bad for the fans because I don’t want to offend, and I understand tastes are varied, personal, and respectable. BUT, it’s so generic, so “perfumey”… Back 20 years ago, when perfumery was queen, king, and jack, and you had to make do with what you found at El Corte Inglés, this would have had an excuse. But if you understand perfumery as an art, as a means of personal expression, and not just a simple way to smell good, there’s nothing here. They stuff a formula into a donut-making machine (and a money-making one), churn out fifty boring designer perfumes, the latest flanker with a French-towel-like atomizer, and live to fight another day. With so many beautiful, original perfumes and independent houses and brands available to us, falling for this… well, not so much.

  • It’s identical to La Nuit Tresor Nude 🤷♀️ minus the coconut note; if you have one, you absolutely don’t need the other. Anyway, nothing we haven’t heard before, and for the price, I don’t think it’s worth it.

  • In the middle of this invasion of cloying, cheesy vanilla-musk scents we’re currently suffering through, this LVEB flanker turns out to be just another one of the same… though, of course, at a Lancôme price. It has nothing to highlight, absolutely nothing. It’s a flat-out mediocrity not worth commenting on further. My advice: if you like sweet, slightly powdery perfumes, go for cheaper brands; they all have their versions of these summer-and-McDonald’s-sundae-smelling fragrances (that’s the advantage of trends). The price they ask for this LVEB Vanille Nude is borderline ridiculous.

I loved it 😍, perfect for evening wear. For a romantic date, an elegant and modern outing, or a party, it makes me feel exquisite, desired, sexy, yet also a pretty, delicate adult girl; I’d say it’s a perfume for feeling like a princess. Sweet, delicate, and sexy all at once. It reminds me of La Nuit Tresor Nude but with a different touch; it also reminded me of Dior’s Poison Girl EDP upon its release, although they don’t share the same notes. At launch, the vanilla note was there, but in my opinion, this is much better, less invasive, with that jasmine touch that makes Vie Est Belle feel more delicate without overwhelming anyone. It’s a more delicate vanilla, more wearable without losing its sweetness, and not as suffocating as Dior’s Poison Girl for me. Plus, that musk makes it feel like a gorgeous powder scent. Honestly, I love it. It doesn’t follow the same line as its main sibling or other flankers. This one is more different. If you didn’t like any of its previous versions but enjoy sweet scents, this one will likely suit you, or even enchant you like it did for me.

How it smells… it’s in my top 3. Sharing the spot with Givenchy Interdit Rouge and Chanel Coco EDP (scents that are nothing alike). This smells like a pretty girl, a clean girl. I’m tired of vanilla, but this is the prettiest vanilla I’ve ever smelled. It doesn’t reach gourmand status (if you compare it to DG Devotion Intense or Lattafa Eclaire); it’s such a beautiful vanilla that I drool when I wear it. Very creamy, wish it lasted longer on skin. Average projection.

How does it smell… it’s in my top 3. Sharing the spot with Givenchy Interdit Rouge and Chanel Coco EDP (scents that have nothing to do with each other). This smells like a pretty girl, a clean girl. I’m tired of vanilla, but this is the most beautiful one I’ve ever smelled. It doesn’t reach gourmand status (if you compare it to DG Devotion Intense or Lattafa Eclaire); it’s such a lovely vanilla that I drool when I wear it. Very creamy, wish it lasted longer on skin. Medium projection.

  • I love vanillas, but this one… I got a sample and had to throw it away. I don’t know if it’s because of the Vie Est Belle DNA or the musk, but it just smells nauseating to me. I was expecting a vanilla like Kayali or Eshal Vanilla from Paris Corner.

  • Nice? Yes. Did it blow my mind? Not at all. But I get why people might like it: it’s soft, clean, feminine, and sweet without being cloying or risky, so it doesn’t bother anyone. The intensity is mild. It reminds me of Vie Est Belle but toned down significantly. I see it as great for daily wear. Would I buy it? Not right now, since I already have plenty and it hasn’t won me over. But if someone gifted it to me, I’d use it happily. In fact, as a gift, it’s almost a guaranteed hit. The bottle is gorgeous.

  • Supernova1.1

There are so many vanillas; we just got the Mont Blanc Signature, and now this Lancôme version arrived. The vanilla is rough and dry—not in a bad way, just different. The bottle is a beauty in rose gold tones, with sparkles and nude shades.

  • This perfume is sweet and perfect for a pretty girl; without a doubt, people always ask me about and compliment any LVEB. That’s why I love Lancôme perfumes so much, but with this one, I feel it goes unnoticed, which doesn’t quite fit for me. Another thing I love about these perfumes is the mood they put you in just by smelling how rich they are. It’s perfect for everyday life because you’ll be noticed, but you won’t overwhelm anyone.

  • For me, I don’t like the LVEB, but I absolutely loved this one. It’s sweet but clean, very pretty and intense. Maybe compared to its siblings it seems weak, but for a clean scent, it lasts and projects quite well. I’ve seen many YouTube videos criticizing it for being simple, but sometimes simplicity is where elegance lies. I loved it, but I wouldn’t recommend it for warm weather.

  • Perfumadict

It’s like Mancera’s Coco Vanille but more musky and ambered. Very intense and sweet, but it gets nose-tiring. 100% for winter and fall. This line lasts and projects a lot, and this isn’t an exception. It’s not very youthful, maybe +35. It dries down drier and more musky after three hours.

  • Unlike the original, which I don’t like, this one is a hit. It’s sweet but clean, very pretty and intense. Maybe compared to its siblings it seems weak, but as a clean fragrance, it lasts and projects quite a bit. I’ve seen many videos criticizing it for being simple, but sometimes simplicity is elegance. I loved it, but I wouldn’t recommend it for warm weather.

It’s incredible; it’s the improved version of the original LVEB. It has a vanilla scent, and the sandalwood gives it more presence. The longevity is amazing; it’s a new perfume with a classic essence. I really liked it.

  • This original LVEB doesn’t work for me, though I like several of its derivatives. The original DNA comes through too much, and I just don’t like it.

  • I love it! I adore vanilla, and this perfume has a gorgeous vanilla note. It lasts super well, just like we’re used to with LVEB.

  • I’m a bit lost. Everyone loves it, says it lasts long and smells divine, but it disappointed me. The scent is nice, yet so subtle it’s hard to find. I’ve worn it generously for almost a month and still can’t tell what it is because it’s so soft. That creamy, musky vanilla disappears after an hour. Zero compliments; no one around me noticed, so I guess the projection is weak. For a La Vie Est Belle, it’s a letdown.
