I guess I’m just more of a sweet lover, but this perfume on my skin smells bitter, even rancid. I can’t see anything rich about it.

I can’t handle this perfume. I don’t know if it’s the mint or what, but there’s a very spicy smell at first that even smells like ‘onion’—that sharp scent you get when you chop an onion. Definitely not recommended.

At first, it reminds me of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue mixed with the fresh ADG line—not just one, but several of them, including the initial version and the Essenza. This impression lasts throughout the fragrance’s life, with a subtle sweet undertone, obviously that soft musky, slightly woody touch. Very rich. Excellent performance.

Well, I’ve been testing it for a month now… and the resemblance to Profumo and Essenza is undeniable, though Bentley falls short in power and longevity compared to Profumo… versus Essenza, they’re almost on the same level, lasting about 5 to 6 hours. While they don’t smell exactly the same, they are very similar, so owning both in your collection would be redundant. If you have the chance to get it for under $65, go for it. Currently, it’s not worth the market price; some websites are asking $130 for this perfume, and at that price, you’re better off getting ADG Parfum.

Similar DNA to Acqua Di Gio, but more intense, with sharper citrus notes and a greener touch. It also has better longevity and projection, at least compared to the current formulation of ADG. I like it; I’m drawn to wearing it.

Great perfume, smells exactly like Light Blue Eau Intense but at a bargain price. After trying it, I’d definitely buy this instead of Dolce & Gabbana. It’s fresh, masculine, and perfect for hot weather. Worth every penny; I just started wearing it and I’m pleasantly surprised.

Wow, wow, and triple wow! It’s very similar to Acqua di Giò. With just one spray, it projects like a beast and smells delicious. It makes you wonder why brands like Armani charge so much when there are options like Bentley that perform better. If you like the Acqua di Giò line, it’s a blind buy. If not, decant and test, but it’s a beast. 20/10.

My first review: I see this fragrance as a blend of D&G’s Light Blue Intense and the DNA of Acqua di Gio. It’s 60% Light Blue, 20% ADG DNA, and the rest distinct touches that modernize the composition. Ideal for spring-summer.

I bought it based on reviews from Fragrantica reviewers and users claiming it resembles their DNA, but I felt scammed. If their goal is to replace the discontinued Essenza, don’t buy it thinking it will be the same—it smells more like D&G Light Blue than any version of ADG.

What a pleasure to have a brand that delivers purposeful creations at unbeatable prices and knows how to pay tribute to great perfumes with notable quality. This is my sixth purchase from the brand, and each has enriched my collection. This Bentley Silverlake is a winning formula—timeless and captivating. It’s a fresh, friendly, and chivalrous proposal, with citrus, marine accords, lavender, white florals, greens, and white musk, plus violet leaves for body. It smells like impeccable sensuality, designed to wake up complicit smiles. It’s not the most potent, but it performs with authority: 6-7 hours on skin. It’s like having a crisp white shirt in your closet: no complications but with distinction. Sometimes great houses discontinue their best to sell diluted batches; brands like Lalique bring back the spirit of those longed-for creations. For ADG lovers, it’s a blind buy. Rating: 9.0.

I always avoided clones, but this Bentley Silverlake is hard to find in Chile and is worth it. My signature was Acqua di Gio Profumo, and although I haven’t tried the original Essenza, this smells incredibly close, yet brighter with a perfect aquatic-citrus balance. It doesn’t smell like eggs or synthetic. Now I want to try the original Essenza, but for now, I’m enjoying this exquisite piece from Lalique.

Blind buy; it’s wonderful. It has that Acqua di Giò DNA; it reminds me a lot of my Profondo. It lasts quite a while, it’s affordable, and has good projection. I’ll save it for when it gets hotter. Recommended!

The scent evokes sensuality, effervescence, beauty, masculinity, and maturity. It’s like a high-quality white shirt: very handsome and versatile. It comes out sparkling and bubbly, then in the first hour, the intensity drops to reveal just the right amount of pepper, violet, and lavender for a clean smell. Later, it evolves into something earthier, woody, and ambered. Very dynamic; I was surprised because I expected something more like ‘Intense’. It has a notable resemblance to Acqua di Gio Essenza: aquatic notes, that typical bitterness, the effervescence, a touch of sweetness, floral, and woody. Of course, Bentley Silverlake is something else: more ozonic than aquatic, much sharper and fresher at the start due to the mint, less aromatic but more spicy, with a drier down that is less maritime and more woody. If you can’t find the Essenza, you’ll love this as an alternative! Longevity and sillage are average (6+ hours projecting in my area). Totally recommended for a blind buy.

It’s versatile, elegant, and perfect for day or night. Although it reminds me of Acqua di Giò Profumo, it has its own character and performs equally or better, at a much better price. 100% recommended.
