So fresh! Perfect for spring. Smells intensely of figs and fig leaves, bringing back lovely childhood memories. The trail is soft and the longevity on my skin is good. For the price and how original it is, I recommend it.
Definitely smells like figs, a sweet touch that makes me think it’s more suited for spring or autumn than the heat of summer. For the price, the longevity is acceptable, about 4 hours give or take.
Green Tea Fig is a delicious and very natural fig and fig leaf scent, fantastic for spring and summer. The DNA of the line is timidly perceived with a subtle green tea in the dry down. It’s the EDT in the line I like the most. It has a clean, citrusy opening with a sweet touch, and it quickly settles on the skin with its fig and leaf aroma. Its trail is moderate and has a surprising longevity of 7-8 hours. It amazes me; it transports me to happy moments in gardens with fig trees, to country walks discovering ripe figs. Although it’s not complex and doesn’t have a marked evolution, it’s a very good option for spring and summer, and I’ll keep repurchasing it. Although I have other fig scents, like Fichi e Panna by Kyse, for the quality/price ratio and ease of finding it, I stick with this. Scent 9/10, Longevity 8/10, Sillage 8/10, Value 8/10, Versatility 7/10, Packaging 5/10. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.
Green Tea Fig is a delicious, very natural scent of figs and fig leaves, fantastic for spring and summer. The green tea note comes through very subtly as it dries down, which is the favorite of this line. It opens with a clean, citrusy touch and a hint of sweetness, then quickly settles on the skin with that distinct fig and leaf aroma. The trail is moderate, but the longevity is surprising at around 7-8 hours. It transports me to happy moments in gardens with fig trees. While it’s not overly complex, it’s an excellent choice for the season, and I’ll keep buying it. I’m sticking with this one for the price and ease of finding it compared to other options. I was intrigued by its very different composition and bought it blind. In the opening, I noticed the bergamot and tamarind, the green tea continued with force, and I wondered what the fig was, what a strange smell… but that strange smell ultimately didn’t please me while wearing it. I decided to swap it with someone else; I warned them it’s not easy to wear and has low longevity.
I’m fascinated by it; I love purple, sweet, and green aromas, and this is no exception. It has nothing of tamarind, just a sweet floral note alongside a rich, fresh fig. Fig, fig, fig. It has the classic Green Tea opening; I tried Mimosa, the classic, and then this; in the opening they were similar but not the same. I also tested it with Mia Mine Halloween, the purple bottle, holy cow, I reached a point where they were identical, but then Fig went to the sweet side and Mia Mine took on more of an Armani style. Green Tea Fig is youthful, wearable for daily use, doesn’t evolve much but it hits hard and smells high-end. Great gift for people twenty and up. I love it; it’s on my wishlist.
I was looking for a perfume with fig and fig tree as the sweet stars. I tried several things, but none evoked that summer fig scent from my childhood. Until a sales associate showed me this gem alongside the new Green Tea fruity scents. It’s exquisite: it evokes a fig tree in the mid-afternoon, with a gentle heat and a sweet but not cloying scent. The green tea and citrus make it delicious. At 11.90€ for 100ml, it’s a steal. The longevity is normal for me and I won’t judge the projection with masks on, but it’s my first review and a fig indulgence for summer.
I was browsing perfumeries in a small town looking for a sweet fig perfume. I tried Paula’s Choice by Loewe, which was nice but heavy on coconut, and some Versace ones, but nothing evoked the sweet smell of fig trees in the summer of my childhood. I couldn’t find Womanity or the Francis Kurkdjian creations. Just about to give up, the sales associate, looking confused, told me they never order it. On my way out, she called me and showed me this fragrance I hadn’t seen. What more can I say… it’s exquisite. It evokes a fig tree late in the afternoon, when the heat isn’t so stifling; the scent of not-too-ripe figs, a gentle breeze that refreshes everything with a sweet but not cloying smell. The green tea and citrus make it even more delicious. A ridiculous price, 11.90€ for 100ml EDT. It doesn’t usually last long on any perfume, and with the masks, I don’t want to advance the projection, but this was my first review, sparked by a summer fig craving.
Super sexy and original. It smells more like a fig tree than the fruit itself. It lasts longer than the other Green Tea scents. It’s a green scent, but not refreshing because of it.
Delicious. In the opening, it smells strongly of fig leaves with a citrusy and fresh touch, then it transforms into an exquisite sweet fig. Ideal for the first heats of spring. It’s subtle, hits its sweet spot without being overwhelming. It lasts quite a while, about 6 hours. I got it at a good price in Uruguay, around $27 for 100ml. I just bought it and I love it; I’ll probably buy it again because I’m a fan of Elizabeth Arden, and they usually offer good performance for the price.
It’s a delicious scent; at first, it smells strongly of fig leaf with citrus and freshness, then transforms into an exquisite sweet fig. That’s why I see it as ideal for early spring warmth. It’s subtle, sweet but not overpowering. On my skin, it lasts quite a while, about 6 hours. I got it at a good price in Uruguay, around $27 for 100ml. It’s a new bottle I absolutely love, and I’ll probably buy it again since I’m a huge Elizabeth Arden fan and most of her perfumes offer great value for the price.
It’s nice, but on my skin, the fig note is way too prominent. I expected a more balanced scent.
I’m not a huge fan of the opening; it’s too citrusy for me, like a green lemon straight to the face. I expected something more fruity and creamy. I’m looking for my Italian Fig from The Body Shop from when I was younger, and this isn’t it. It’s very green, carrying the DNA of the original Green Tea but more citrusy and fresh. The fig smells more like leaves than fruit, with a tiny bit of sweet clementina. The dry down is very masculine, with green musk and heliotrope; it reminds me of men’s lotions. Although it’s unisex, I don’t love it because it’s winter, and I’d prefer it for summer or spring. I think it’s missing a coconut accord to make it more appealing to me.
So delicious! If you like figs and fig trees, this is for you. It has a natural sweetness that makes it very pleasant in summer and all year round. I sense something aromatic, maybe a menthol touch from the bergamot or the tea, I’m not sure, but for the price, it’s a treat.
Figs are noticeable from the very first second, and if you’re a fan, it’s a hit. For me, it’s a delight that smells super natural, like a fig tree right after a rain: sweet but fresh. Out of all the green teas I’ve tried, this one lasts the longest. It gives me that sweetness that relaxes me; I even wear it to sleep, just like the lavender one, and it’s still there the next morning.
From start to finish, the fig and especially the fig leaf are very present with spectacular naturalness. In terms of longevity, it leaves something to be desired, but it’s very enjoyable. Personally, I don’t feel it’s unisex. It’s fresh, cheerful, and slightly sexy.
It’s not an easy perfume; if you don’t like something very green, it will seem astringent due to the greenness of the fig. It’s quite natural, with its tea swirling around.
Excellent fragrance, very ‘aromatherapeutic’. You only feel the fig and green tea (simple in notes but excellent quality). Maybe the fig note stands out a bit more. It transported me to imagine a lovely moment: a spring afternoon tea outdoors with warm breezes, drinking green tea and homemade fig jam. The sweetness of the jam and the natural unsweetened tea balance everything with great harmony. It also reminded me of my childhood and the scents of Marta Harff stores (a successful 90s fragrance designer), which were more ‘home scents’ than perfumes. If you’re from Argentina, you’ll understand the reference. Pacific scent, very natural, nothing synthetic, with long-lasting performance (7 hours on skin, though I tested it in winter). It reminds me of a woman who loves plants and has a lovely garden with flowers and fruit trees.
Delicious, unique, like being under a fig tree. Sweet yet fresh. Economical. What more could you ask for? I love it.
Delicious, unique, like being under a fig tree. Sweet but fresh. Affordable. What more could you ask for? I love it.
I love it! At first it’s green and sweet at the same time. Then the fruit fig appears, a little more milky. The lovely thing is that it’s always pleasant in all its facets. Ideal for summer, it’s the perfume I carry in my wallet every day. I wish they’d release a version that lasts longer. The price-quality ratio is very good.
At first, you feel the cider that gives it the citrus touch, then it blends with the sweet fig and the aromatic tea enters, with the fig leaf appearing with a very rich earthy touch. Ideal for spring and summer. The longevity is 4 to 5 hours on my skin.
Hyper-realistic scent of being under a fig tree gathering fruit. Very lovely, but it’s very green and has that latex creaminess of the tree when cutting a leaf. I wouldn’t buy it blindly because it’s a bit heavy despite being so green.
For niche lovers: some expressions might sting, but this wonderful, beautiful, and affordable gem has nothing to envy from the overpriced Fico di Amalfi or other summer Acqua di Parma scents. Arden has always focused on women, with perhaps one or two exceptions from the 70s or 80s, and while it sometimes feels like a mass-market brand, their fresh summer colognes are often well-crafted with great value. I love fig, but creamy notes sometimes bore me quickly. Here, the balance between citrus, green tea, pistachio, and fig is outstanding; I can even distinguish the leaf from the fruit. It’s a fragrance I’d recommend blindly for these intense summers.
A note for niche obsessives: certain words might hurt susceptibilities. This wonder—good, pretty, and affordable—has nothing to envy from the overrated Figos di Amalfi or other Acqua di Parma summer scents. Arden never had much interest in men’s perfumes, except one from the 70s/80s that few know; I always saw it as a crowd-pleaser, 99% for women, with nothing to make us stop and turn our heads for originality or performance, except Red Door or 5ta Avenida. Green Tea and its flankers are often considered lesser because they’re fresh summer colognes, though they’re well-executed and the quality-price ratio is excellent. I love the fig note, but it’s always accompanied by something sweet or creamy that bores me quickly, so the bottle ends up in other hands. Here, the balance between citrus, green tea, pistachio, and fig (I clearly distinguish the leaf and the green plum scent) is outstanding. I’d recommend it blindly to those who value citrus-fruit perfumes for these intense summers.
That green, dry fig leaf scent is incredible, where the tea shines and the fig barely registers. If you’re looking for that creamy, milky sweetness of fig, this perfume isn’t for you.
Liked it more on paper than on my skin: fresh and balanced on the blotter, but on my skin it turns slightly acidic and heavy, with a very marked green, dry character. It’s not sweet or creamy; the fig dominates throughout with a more vegetal than fruity profile, giving it an austere vibe. Clearly unisex, sober, and natural—interesting if you’re looking for dry, realistic greens, though on my skin it loses lightness and becomes less pleasant.
