Alchemy of desire, a fever for the divine, and a golden sunbath. Majestic rose, jasmine, carnation, cumin, clove, and saffron blend into a golden flower… Did someone say vanilla? Desired is exactly that: an overdose of known vanillins, Cashmeran, and hints of gallic and cedar. Nothing fresh, all boring and overused. It tries to stand out with cumin at the start, but it ends up shrill and too artificial. It’s aggressive on skin, and the other notes give it a prickly character that doesn’t work. As for the oud and roses… I’m surprised they claim they’re the heart. My nose doesn’t even pick them up. This Desired doesn’t awaken any desire. A completely forgettable fragrance. Cheers.

Honestly, I absolutely loved this perfume. It’s a delicate and well-balanced rose with oud that reminds me of Lancôme’s Oud Bouquet and similar scents, but with less sweetness, making it much easier to wear even in warm spring weather. The sillage is moderate, and the longevity on my skin is about 10 hours, with the last 2-3 hours fading to skin scent. That said, despite how much I like it, the 160 euros for 30 ml seems outrageous, so I won’t be buying it. Scent: 8.5/10, Longevity: 10/10, Sillage: 7/10, Value: 2/10, Versatility: 7/10, Packaging: 8/10. Would I buy again? No.
