At first, it smells like wood, something sweet and sticky with a spicy and fresh touch. Then the wood and leather take over. It’s not that classic, clean, and light sport scent; instead, it has presence, warm maturity, and spice (woods, sandalwood, and leather) mixed with a clean joy (pachouli, amber, lavender). Many find it has a confusing identity due to the disparate sensations and lack of harmony, perhaps because it’s a sport within the Malbec line. It lasts very well, about 8 hours, projects a lot for the first 2 hours, then settles down. In my opinion, I like it quite a bit; I think it suits better for evening, in non-hot weather, for informal and slightly occasional occasions.
