Descripción

Homem Sagaz by Natura is an aromatic spicy fragrance for men. Launched in 2017, this composition was created by Verônica Kato and Antoine Maisondieu. The top notes unfold with green mandarin, sage, mint, and cypress; the heart reveals plum, black pepper, and nutmeg; while the base notes complete the olfactory pyramid with amber, sandalwood, vanilla, tonka bean, and cedar.

To be respectful, it’s just another sweet, doesn’t offer much more than that. The typical fruity sweet, similar to Versace Eros as they say (I haven’t tried it, so no opinion). It’s long-lasting and always liked, rich and versatile for any occasion, lasts well for 7 hours and feels moderate. It’s not really my taste, but it brings tons of compliments. That said, it’s nowhere near the best in the line, there are gems like Tattoo, Dom, or Coragio.

  • Perfumadict

Spectacular budget fragrance that lasts up to 12 hours (verified). I’m a fan of Armani Code and I think it goes in that direction. Glad I tried it on recommendation from a group. Very versatile, ideal for young audiences aged 20 to 40. Good balance between vanilla, spices, amber, and woods.

Natura Potence, Tattoo, and Coragio are the kings of the line. They beat designer fragrances at $100 easily. At Natura you get designer quality with guaranteed 4 hours of projection. Very well made, Natura.

Homem Sagaz or Homem Potence in Argentina. The first sensation is a fruity sweetness, almost cloying, but so delicious you get used to it until you want more, like a masochist receiving sweet love whips on the back. It’s a very good quality sweet plum for its price. It’s fruity, but not warm, so I recommend it for summer nights or winter days. Success with those little ones, lion, because this perfume is made to bring out the best in you.

One of my favorites from Natura. Ideal for winter and cold. It feels like a slightly synthetic but delicious mandarin that stays throughout the dry-down along with the plum. I received compliments at the office and my wife adores it. The sillage is moderate, more of a personal bubble, making it versatile and inviting closeness in romantic contexts. The only downside is longevity, which doesn’t pass 4 hours, but for the price, reapplying mid-afternoon doesn’t hurt. I have the 100ml and the mini to carry and reapply. It’s a charm, follows the Versace Eros line, if you like sweets, buy blind.

If you catch it at a good price, it’s a beast in performance. Sweet, amber, with a touch of plum/orange and spice. Very similar to Eros Flame, though with less aromatic quality. The best part is that after the dry-down, it leaves an incredibly rich vanilla skin that girls will love. Recommended for dates on days under 20 degrees, otherwise it can sound a bit rough.

Opens briefly with that tangerine and cedar, then immediately transitions to plum with nutmeg, and dries down ambered with tonka bean. If you’re looking for something sweet, similar to 212 Black or Armani Code but cheaper, with good longevity and almost guaranteed to be liked, go for this. Two hours of projection with six hours of longevity.

  • A fragrance I believe women like more than men, and it definitely feels like a designer perfume. At first, I thought it was more casual for a teenager and somewhat unisex, but once I wore it, I realized the dry down is quite woody, making it a bit more formal and masculine. You can wear it to university or high school, or to a party/club; it’s very versatile. Scent: The perfume is sweet but not cloying; I’d say it hits the sweet spot just right. The tangerine isn’t as prominent as I expected; it disperses quite a bit, and you smell much more of a plum sweetness. Performance: I wasn’t too surprised by the performance; I thought it would last a bit longer, which left me slightly disappointed in that regard since people claimed it lasted forever. The projection during the first hour is amazing—you can smell it all over the room—but after 2-3 hours, it fades significantly and stays close to the skin or about half a meter away, very soft (this is personal; it varies by skin). On clothes, it truly lasts a long time, around 12 hours, but obviously with very little projection. The trail is moderate during the first hours, then fades. I feel it’s best for night or cooler climates; in summer, it’s too heavy. For the price, it’s excellent; I got it on sale for $28-30 in Argentina. The quality and scent are great for the price compared to other perfumes, absolutely worth it, and it generally pleases everyone. The packaging and spray are very good; regarding the packaging, the magnetic cap gives it a very satisfying and high-quality touch.

  • Mixed feelings. Yes, it resembles Versace Eros EDT, but don’t expect an exact clone. In my opinion, Homem Sagaz is a flat fragrance with a very strong opening; it evolves very little. On my skin, I detect: plum, vanilla, tonka bean, spices, and a creamy wood sensation from sandalwood, all very loud and unbalanced. It stays this way unchanged for 5 hours with moderate sillage; by the sixth hour, only a vanilla-spiced trail remains that smells like baking vanilla cookies, but it also reminds me of my grandmother’s perfume, so I see it as more feminine than masculine. It’s sweet, warm, and youthful. Great for night or parties and works best in the cold. The longevity and quality from Natura are good, but as prices rise, I think it’s better to buy a designer fragrance, even Eros if you like that DNA. Personally, I don’t use it because it smells like zero original and I always smell like several others with Eros or similar. It’s not bad, but there are better options.

  • Eros Flame clone 🔥 Perfect for parties: sweet, charming, and energetic. Rating 8-10, always test on skin first.

  • They say it resembles Versace Eros EDT or Flame, and even Ultra Male by JPG, as well as the Arabic version 9 PM. To me, it’s like all four in their various stages. The opening immediately reminded me of Ultra Male or 9 PM, even though it’s not listed; I sensed that green apple or pear note found in both. Later, tangerine takes over, and combined with vanilla, it creates an aroma similar to Eros, finishing with the vanilla and apple of Versace’s EDP in my opinion. It’s a party fragrance, but in my first use, it didn’t go beyond that; I’ll edit this review after wearing it for a while.

  • Gian Arévalo

It features that fixative present in 99% of sweet catalog perfumes: that kind of fruity note, a blend of a fruity accord and coumarin. Don’t believe the hype that you’ll smell like Eros. This perfume smells exactly what you pay for, and people notice it, believe me.

  • JeremyFragan

Only the opening resembles Polo Red; once it dries down, it takes on a path similar to Armani Profumo. It’s rich, but as the name suggests, it’s potent. Be careful with how many sprays you use. It’s perfect for people who love sweet scents. The bottle is beautiful. The first three seconds smell like alcohol, but then it develops beautifully and smells great. Lasts on clothes for about two days.

  • In my opinion, it has that Ultra Male vibe but with less projection. It’s a delicious fragrance; the difference is that plum is the main sweet note instead of pear. Very charming, it’s rare to find someone who doesn’t like it, so I’ll definitely keep buying it. Works for any time of day; it’s not heavy in summer, which surprises me since other reviewers claim it is.

  • It didn’t work for me personally; it became unbearable, but on other people, it seems like a rich perfume.

  • Homem Sagaz is ideal for those looking to stand out on night occasions and in cool climates. Although it’s not versatile, it does a good job being warm and elegant. Personally, I reserve it for special occasions in autumn and winter. Rating: 6/10 🍂🍊🍁🌰

  • Ideal fragrance for young people, I’d say ages 15 to 25. Opens fresh and aromatic with a touch of sweetness that makes it warmer, pleasant, and easy to enjoy. Lasts well, approx 6-7 hours; projects for 2-3 hours before becoming more intimate. It doesn’t seem like other fragrances people claim, it’s quite good and recommended. Edit: testing it thoroughly, it’s a soft but potent aroma that leaves a good trail, lasting about 8 hours. A exquisite sweet, fresh, and fruity scent, truly youthful and masculine.

  • CristobalKiuber

I own Eros Flame and Eros EDT, and I bought this thinking it would be similar, but there’s no resemblance, not in the opening nor the dry down. Also, they feel very different: Eros is super masculine, while Homem Sagaz (Potence) has a more unisex vibe. I don’t recommend it as an alternative to Eros, but the scent is indeed rich.

  • The Wind Waker

It has an air of Armani Code Profumo; they even share a perfumer. It’s like someone said, ‘take the Code formula and tweak it a little,’ and Natura replied, ‘I’ll make the opening ugly and then make it identical.’ But they are very similar.

  • AgusPieri198

Amazing perfume! I use it for the gym now in autumn, and it smells great on both men and women: starts with a sharp tangerine and black pepper, then moves to sweet amber plum and vanilla base. Lasts 6-8 hours on skin with moderate-to-low projection (about a meter), but the trail is what matters. Moderate for hours; I once had people ask me what was up at the 4-hour mark because the trail was still going strong. For the price, a great buy.

  • geroluna_44

I love it. Sweet and spicy. It lasts quite a while with a plum and pepper vibe, and projects a lot. My issue is that it makes me gag quickly. It doesn’t usually happen with perfumes, but this one gives me nausea after smelling it for too long. That’s why it’s only good for outdoor night events.

  • Ignacioov

I’m sorry, I just can’t stand this fragrance. It has that annoying, headache-inducing scent that gets boring and disgusting. I don’t like it at all; if you’re going to buy it, I’m telling you from the heart there are a thousand better options for that price.

  • Matías212l'homme

It’s a hybrid between Versace Eros and Armani Code EDP 2024 (which people say copies the original Profumo, though I haven’t tried that). This Natura Homem line is really good; this is the best one I’ve tried alongside Essence. It’s rich for cold days. I’ve worn it once, and yes, it can give you a headache if you overdo it with the sprays. I own JPG Ultramale, and it doesn’t resemble it at all, even in the notes, as I’ve read on this forum.

  • An exquisite perfume. That plum note is the first thing that catches attention. It’s gotten compliments from ladies and draws in gentlemen alike. As for the price, I recommend picking it up on sale within the Natura catalog, as it can get quite pricey. Good longevity, trail, and decent projection.

  • The moment I smelled this fragrance, I loved it. I bought it for my husband. It’s the first men’s perfume I’ve ever truly enjoyed wearing. It’s addictive.

  • Here in Argentina, there’s a Get The Look perfume called Code, which is a nod to Armani’s. Well, this smells exactly the same: fresh, rich, and nothing extraordinary because it’s made to please any nose. I’ll expand on that later.

  • calebcito12345

It’s an extremely prominent plum scent, honestly, very overpowering. Not recommended at all if you don’t like sweet smells. Personally, I can’t stand it; I applied it and immediately wanted to shower to get rid of that odor. Please buy something else; this is not recommended.

  • Too bad, in my recent purchases I found they reformulated it. It’s less intense and has less sillage. With this change, I’d rather go with others from the line, like Tato, or if available, Dom. This change was definitely a step backward.

  • My daily, classic, and versatile scent. A sweet and light woody aroma that I love and makes me feel comfortable. Very similar to Versace’s Eros Flame.

  • This was my favorite at 18-20, about 8-9 years ago. It dries down sweet but not cloying, with fruity citrus and peach notes. I used to get tons of compliments. I recently got another bottle as a gift, but I don’t wear it as much anymore. It’s similar to 9 PM but less sweet, and then the pear note shifts to peach or plum.

  • Rick Azafranado

Rich and versatile perfume with a lot of charm. Warm without being cloying, perfect for the office or everyday wear. One of the best in the line. If you let it air out for a bit, the performance really goes up a notch.
