It’s a super versatile perfume, perfect if you’re looking for a signature scent. The opening is spicy and powerful, but as it dries down, you notice that green note mixed with patchouli, sandalwood, and amber that smells like ambroxan. It’s about 70% similar to Sauvage in the dry-down; the other 30% is that green note that gives it its own identity, making it a valid alternative since the trail is almost indistinguishable. Longevity: 7h+. Sillage: 3h. Occasion: casual (hot or cold weather). Age: 18+.

A versatile perfume, ideal for a signature scent or an outing with a spicy mandarin opening. As it dries down, it smells green with patchouli, sandalwood, and amber reminiscent of ambroxan. It’s about 70% similar to Sauvage in the dry-down; the other 30% is that green note that gives it its own identity, making it a valid alternative since the trail is almost indistinguishable. Longevity: over 7 hours. Sillage: 3 hours. Occasion: casual (hot or cold weather). Age: 18 years.

It smells great, but it doesn’t quite match up to Sauvage.

Just bought it, and I have to say it doesn’t smell as much like Dior Sauvage as people claim. Sometimes I feel like people just imagine scents differently or have different memories. It’s a great-smelling perfume, and if I try to describe it, it smells like a mix between Antonio Banderas’ Icon EdT and Icon EdP. Neither of those resembles Sauvage, but they follow that same non-copying line. It’s cheap—I paid about $20 at a Brazilian drugstore. If you’re looking for a clone that smells more like Sauvage, try Armaf Ventana or La Rive Extreme Story.

Definitely, for me, it’s one of the best Sauvage clones from Dior at just a quarter of the price.
