Judging by the name, I thought it smelled of orange, but that’s a lie. It’s pure oud. At first, on my skin, it smells like pure plastic, nothing else. Eventually, the leather and sandalwood come out, very rich. It’s a suede-like leather, sweet, like coconut. It seems elegant and for enjoyment. Perfect unisex, though more masculine. On a woman, it smells like expensive soap, but on a man, it’s deeply sexy. Maybe I’ll buy it later to pretend I’m not wearing perfume.

My boyfriend and I tried it. To me, it smells like children’s modeling clay paints (the first half hour was fun), and to him, like old barbershop products. It seems more masculine than feminine. It’s a fairly flat fragrance; I couldn’t distinguish a single note. Despite the humor of the initial surprise, I wouldn’t buy it even if I were crazy.

Impossible not to smile when smelling it; the bottle is boring, but inside, it’s amazing. My husband says it’s not unisex, but because of that violet note that lingers on my skin, I think it suits women better. A kiss.
