Decent scent, good projection and longevity, very good quality. 6.5/10. At first, I thought it smelled synthetic and low-quality, but after giving it a few more chances, I like it now. It’s not my favorite, but it’s perfect for wearing to work during the day.

I loved it. If it came out in 2004, it’s very similar to D&G The One. To my nose, they’re very alike (they only share tobacco), but Vera Wang smells fresher, with lots of mandarin and yuzu at the start, then it transitions into D&G. On my skin, the longevity and sillage are similar and not bad. Worth the price; it doesn’t smell old or like it’s only for older men, it’s very versatile. I enjoy it quite a bit!

To my nose, they’re quite alike (they only share the tobacco note), but the Vera Wang smells fresher upfront with lots of mandarin and yuzu, before settling into that D&G vibe. On my skin, the longevity and trail are similar—not bad at all. Worth the price; it doesn’t smell old or like it’s only for older men. It’s very versatile, and I really enjoy wearing it!

Tuesday, April 9, 2019, from Santo Domingo. It smells good, but… Vera Wang is supposed to be a fresh, citrusy scent, like fresh mandarin, but what a disappointment. Its sillage is poorer than someone who’s been unemployed for 10 years, and its longevity died the moment it was sprayed. Not to mention the projection, which is almost non-existent. I didn’t get a single compliment. Even though I have half the bottle left and I spray 20 or more times, I still can’t smell it; it just stays there. Pretty on the outside, but ugly on the inside regarding sillage and projection. I’d only recommend it to someone who likes a subtle scent so no one notices it, not even yourself, because it disappears in the blink of an eye. Don’t recommend it to anyone looking for good sillage and projection. The price ranges from $13 to $20, and it was still… a huge disappointment. Scent 8/10, sillage 0/10, projection 0/10.

It’s like a copy of Pierre Cardin Pour Monsieur, though it also reminds me of the original Hugo Boss or Number One, but much closer to Pierre Cardin and lighter. For those who have used Pierre Cardin, you know what I mean: imagine the same scent but way lighter. The only difference is that sometimes it gives off a sweet vibe, similar to Baldessarini Del Mar Caribbean. Low sillage and medium longevity; on me, it lasted about 6 hours, with the first 3 hours very close to the skin and the rest almost imperceptible, maybe because I’m wearing the after-shave version.
