One of the most special perfumes I’ve tried. If you like gourmands, this is a must-have :3 Perfect for summer, refreshing and sweet at the same time. It smells like ocean with salted caramel, yet isn’t cloying; herbs and seawater balance it out. I’ve read it’s described as ‘eating vanilla ice cream by the sea,’ and I couldn’t agree more!! <3
A very natural vanilla, not cloying, with a light sillage. I would have liked it to be more potent with a sweeter opening. The marine note is subtle and provides balance to this Molinard creation, where I detect nothing green. The fragrance lasts hours but stays close to the skin, which isn’t remarkable. Maybe it works better as a body splash, which doesn’t make it bad, just lacking body for my taste. I recommend it for middle-aged people, for informal use on summer afternoons with casual outfits.

Soon, amber and juniper join in, but the vanilla and caramel are so intoxicating that I don’t notice the floral or marine notes. Vanille Marine by Molinard has me captivated; it’s incredible how vanilla, caramel, and amber aren’t cloying, just sweet. I love it and want it in my collection. I wish it lasted longer, but a few more sprays would help. For vanilla lovers, it’s one of their best options.
