I went crazy. Among the Bond fragrances, all strange and voluptuous, I spotted a weird bottle: the cap is a rag doll. Tralala, it smells like a childhood song coming back to life. Mmm, it takes you back to that sweet, cherished childhood. You can really smell the whiskey with violet, followed by a powdery vanilla halo anchored by patchouli. The musk is strong, seems natural, not chemical. It has an animal touch, like urine. It leaves the skin oily and marks its longevity. The box is an antique, like a music box with an interior mirror, in red and white… I loved it.

  • A Duchaufour masterpiece, the olfactory genius I’ve followed for years. While he has many hits, Tralala is his magnum opus: a fragrance overflowing with messages, excess, and lust. Born to depict haute couture and life in Meadham Kirchhoff’s atelier, with that rag doll as the star. I became obsessed with its story and creation. To the point: it’s lustful, contours desire, and packs a punch of alcohol (rum, whisky), wonderful neroli, and the humble vanilla that dusts the air. It intoxicates every place you go. In short: it’s a man’s wool coat stored in the closet after the best orgy party of your life, stained with alcohol, oily skin, cigar smoke, vanilla, and cloying sweet blends from that world of excess. The scent matures after a few days sealed and turns into vivid memories of that night. Tralala smells like that harmonized, aged set in a closed space after living your life’s experience. A masterpiece that enhances opulence and elegance with irreverent overflows, standing out on its own and above anyone else who smells it. I’d almost say it’s the most sexualized fragrance I’ve ever tried, bordering on dangerous.
