I honestly ordered this blindly from the catalog based on the notes: vanilla and toasted almonds. Unfortunately, I expected a warm gourmand, but I was disappointed to find it’s a floral-vanilla scent; I don’t even smell the almond. I don’t like florals, and since they weren’t listed in the catalog, I assumed they wouldn’t be there or would be subtle. I tried to let it settle on my skin to see if the almond notes would emerge, but they never came through. It doesn’t smell bad, it’s just a generic floral-vanilla.
