The opening smells too much like alcohol; I would have liked to catch some notes, but it burned my nose. Once it dries, it’s a floral that’s nothing special for me, no surprises. I don’t know who voted it similar to Clinique Happy, but let me be clear: it has nothing to do with it.
I tried it on blotter paper in the store, liked it, and bought it. The truth is, I’m disappointed. On my skin, it barely lasts. It doesn’t smell bad; I’ll probably keep using it, maybe with layering, or I’ll give it away. Nothing special.
I prefer the Kelly Caleche, though that’s just my taste. It’s a citrus-floral with a leather base, not well-developed in each phase. I really like how it handles the leather here: nothing rigid, outdated, masculine, or with those usual adjectives. It smells like a box of soft leather shoes with a sachet of fruity tea or scented fabric to keep the smell pleasant. Just to clarify, this leather doesn’t have the typical velvety or powdery touch of suede in perfumes. The opening is citrus-fruity, much sweeter than the KC, juicy and intense. I can’t find the ivy or that green, fresh touch it usually brings. In the dry down, some indistinct flowers emerge, a bit simple and unremarkable. In the base, the leather unfolds with a touch of musk. Longevity and projection are scarce. I won’t buy it; it seems redundant since I already have the Hermès KC. Besides, this sublime gives me the feeling of being a copy of Hermès, like an imitation rather than a well-made version.
Pleasant, fresh, and green; you can detect the mandarin with a very subtle sweetness that fades quickly. It doesn’t evolve much: it moves from that opening to something green, earthy, and citrusy with a touch of leather. The floral and fruity notes are barely noticeable. The citrus is present, along with the green, then the earthy-woody and leather. Overall, I like it; it’s pleasant but nothing more. It smells super fresh, perfect for hot autumn mornings. It’s not a typical fresh scent full of citrus, but rather a greener, more mature, and formal one. The trail and longevity are scarce, but it works well as a unisex fragrance.

Perfect for daytime and the office; starts with a citrus note that settles into a soft floral base.
