It smells like pure 80s—lots of musk and honey. It’s that kind of scent that evokes sex, like skin at the end of the day with the lingering trace of what was worn in the morning.
It’s a super classic fragrance; I doubt any man under 40 would like it. A store gave it to me as a gift when I bought something else, but I wouldn’t spend a single cent on it myself.

If you’re unsure, try Avon’s Black Suede; it’s the style. If you’re in the US, check out Royal Copenhagen from Caswell-Masey (I can’t remember the exact name). And if you like historic houses, try Zizanie by Molinard (or was it Fragonard?). I don’t get why they named it after a cowboy hat brand because this has nothing to do with cowboys—think horse sweat-soaked leather, manure, and perspiration. Sure, they shower and go out partying, but I don’t think they’d wear cologne, and if they did, I don’t think it would be this. It’s a chypre, but it leans into floral and spicy notes, ending up somewhat gourmet. Basically, it’s halfway to the masculine extreme of the spectrum.
