  The notes listed here are exactly what I can smell in this fragrance, especially the rose. I like that it’s such a simple perfume. I apply it and, all of a sudden, there are all the notes: rose, mandarin, peony, and amber (at least on my skin, they appear in that order of intensity). It doesn’t change suddenly, it doesn’t seem synthetic… This is what I call a straightforward and direct perfume. I recommend Stella to anyone who likes fresh florals.

  STELLA STELLA MCCARTNEY, January 2016. I still have almost a full bottle left and I love it. I use it often, but I can’t find it in Spain anymore, only at airports. I think it’s a distribution issue… I don’t know. Anyway, it has few ingredients but smells divine and lasts quite a bit on my skin. The rose with amber really stands out. One of the best rose scents. I’ve received many compliments. I hope to see it again; if not, I’ll have to make the rest of the bottle last a long time, because it’s become my favorite. Moderate sillage, leaning heavy, and moderate/heavy longevity. There’s now a 2014 reedition I haven’t tried (it has woody notes). I hope it’s just as fantastic. Cheers!

  It’s like carrying a bouquet of flowers for hours. It’s a pity that roses aren’t my favorite floral, because they stand out so much on me—that’s what made me decide to buy it for my mom. It has moderate sillage but excellent longevity.

  Nice for everyday wear, it’s fresh, clean, with soft and sparkling roses, very cheerful. I detect a hint of patchouli even though it’s not listed among the notes.

  This fragrance reminds me of vintage doll wrappers from 30 years ago: the smell of opening cardboard boxes and plastic with toys. I love it.

Even though I was extremely shy back then, I asked her what she was wearing because both my friend and I absolutely loved it. It’s a scent that turns heads; in the end, the sales associate gave me a sample, and it stayed on my wishlist for years. Finally, on a trip to England, the flight attendants were offering it tax-free, and I regretted not buying it every single day. When I returned, I bought it without hesitation, even though it was very expensive for me at the time. Since I got it, I’ve never regretted it; I’ve never heard of anything like this—potent, with a lasting trail, a dark, acidic, and sparkling floral like the sun.

  I love it! SOS 🛟, does anyone know where to get it? I’m Mexican and haven’t been able to find it 🥲. It’s fresh and captivating; it was my go-to perfume in my 20s: perfect for standing out without being overwhelming. A fresh rose with citrus notes and a hint of sweetness, youthful cut, and very seductive. Performance is good, the trail is medium to heavy, and very pleasant, as I remember (I haven’t worn it in nearly 20 years). Hopefully, I can find it again. Highly recommend if you like roses 🌹! 10/10 for me.
