It’s the rose! The rose! Celestial! Finally got my hands on it. After trying roses from Escada, Bvlgari, Serge Lutens, Chloe, and L’Occitane, this is the most beautiful scent I’ve ever smelled. Absolute perfection!
Finally got it after a long wait, it was the last piece and I snagged it on sale since it was so expensive. It was a blind buy, something I rarely do, but with this brand, everything I own is top-tier. The box is rigid cardboard lined in white with engraved leaves; inside, the perfume is nestled in a gold base with a welcome card. The bottle is white, rectangular, and geometric, featuring a braided ribbon and a minimalist gold cap. The scent is a jewel for rose lovers—it highlights nothing but the flower, and that watery note creates the sensation of placing a bouquet in water to release its aroma. It’s truly sublime and romantic; just two sprays fill the room within two meters. I agree with the previous review: no rose perfume I own compares to this, not even pure Bulgarian oil. It’s completely singular in elegance, like a Victorian noblewoman.
