I’m already hooked on that saffron note, which shines brightly here alongside cistus (sounds like rose) and blends beautifully with the herbal elements. Cedar and sandalwood give it a creamy touch, while the nut adds spice. The praliné is very noticeable, providing the sweetness, and there’s not a hint of leather (even though it’s not listed in the official description). Just in case, I’ll leave you with the ingredients from the box, as they differ from what’s listed here, and I think that does it more justice, though everyone has to try it for themselves: Saffron, absinthe, nutmeg, cedar, praliné, coumarin, patchouli, cistus, and musk. It’s a gorgeous scent with luxurious longevity and sillage, and I can’t wait to buy it.
