Correct fragrance with a pleasant scent. The opening is citrusy, without harshness, very soft. I barely notice the ginger; in other perfumes with ginger in the opening, it’s more sparkly and spicy, whereas here it’s softer and more discreet. As it dries down, the lavender becomes quite noticeable, slightly soapy with a clean scent. The woody notes are fairly subtle. The projection is moderate, leaning weak, and the longevity is frankly disappointing. Overall, it smells good, but I don’t see any sign of ‘intense.’ It lacks punch. For the same price, I think there are better options.
Just tried it. The guaiac wood is noticeable and gives it a lot of solidity. It smells like the soul of 90s perfumes for handsome men in suits with mustaches—very masculine. Recommended for those over 40 or anyone with character and maturity. It doesn’t project much in the immediate environment, but it lasts in time (4 to 5 hours) and sticks to the skin for 8 hours.
