The opening is brutal, ufff, very rich and sharp. Although it’s not listed, I get a touch of wild berries, maybe blackberry. But then, a few minutes later, it turns into something I absolutely hate; it smells like a sewer. Sorry, but at this price point, there are many fragrances in the Jaguar line that surpass it by far.

Sorry, I had high expectations. I think for the price, there are many fragrances in the Jaguar line that far surpass this one.

Franck Olivier is a house worth discovering; once you make the discovery, they only bring smiles. They aren’t expensive, exclusive, or prohibitively priced, nor do they pretend to be. These are fragrances that at least stand their ground on what they cost, and that sincerity deserves recognition. This composition is good, very good, but you have to understand who it’s targeting. It starts quite alcoholic, reminding me of gin. Once that accord fades, the path reveals itself: spices, dominated by cinnamon, mandarin, and sweet notes that quickly associate it with One Million. Don’t worry, it’s not the same; they just share that candy-like mandarin sensation. On the other hand, a minty and slightly green sensation emerges as it dries. As a Fragrantica friend said, it’s like mixing One Million with CH 212 VIP. I still haven’t tried a Franck Olivier perfume that didn’t deliver great performance, and this is no exception. Lasts over 10 hours with a normal-to-strong sillage for 3-4 hours. I see it as impressive for autumn nights, cold weather, but the aura it projects makes it special during that season. It doesn’t seem very unisex, especially considering the similarities, but as always, let everyone try and discover for themselves. An oriental; my nose isn’t yet accustomed to this type of fragrance; I’m used to green and citrus scents. It’s a sweet and earthy scent where I sense a dominance of vanilla. At first glance, it’s a bomb of scents, but as time passes, it calms down; it’s a matter of adapting and getting to know this type of fragrance.

An oriental scent; my nose isn’t quite used to this type of fragrance yet, as I’m more accustomed to green and citrus notes. It’s a sweet, earthy aroma where I detect vanilla predominating. At first glance, it’s an olfactory bomb, but it settles down as time passes. It just takes getting used to and learning to appreciate this kind of fragrance.

A top-tier spiced oriental. In its opening, you immediately feel the cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. With a touch of fruity apple (quite light) and background citrus. If you don’t like cinnamon, don’t even look at this fragrance; it’s a cinnamon bomb, a very natural sweet cinnamon aroma. For Chileans, this smells like mote con huesillo. I’ll bring the full review soon when I find the right situation and weather to wear it. On the first sniff, it has medium projection, maybe a bit high for at least two hours; it’s definitely not a beast mode.

If you mixed 212 VIP Men, One Million, and Versace Eros in a cocktail shaker and multiplied it by five, you’d get this beast of a perfume. Sweet and very current. The price? Like a mojito on a terrace.

The scent is a blend of wood and blackberries, though maybe the pink pepper gives it that sweet touch. One of the best purchases I’ve made. Highly recommended for nighttime wear, but it’s a shame it’s not available in 100ml, only 75ml. Well, nothing can be perfect.
