Spiced pineapple fragrance with soapy notes that make it slightly mature. On my skin, it projects for half an hour and lasts at most four hours. Totally dispensable.
Well, what a fragrance. It seems it wasn’t one of the favorites in the Rave Now line, and I think I know why. Rave Now (black bottle) created a lot of hype with its juicy pineapple scent, but that expectation generated doubts about the Intense. My take: the Intense is more mature, more macho, more manly, and MUCH MORE MANLY. Today, easy scents like Bad Boy or Invictus are sold, but the very masculine ones are often less loved. My experience with Rave Now Intense has been muuuuch good. It’s green, herbal, rough, clean, and woody; at 3 hours, a slight fruity sweetness from watermelon comes out. Wearing it made me feel secure, present, and sober. Those clean and green touches catch attention and yes, they turn heads. At work, I received three compliments: “WOW, YOU SMELL LIKE A MAN,” “HEY GONÉ, YOUR PERFUME SMELLS LIKE A DOG,” and “ENGINEER, YOU ALWAYS SMELL VERY GOOD.” Everyone lives their own experiences and tastes are different, which must be respected. I’d give it a 7.8. Scent: Masculine, sober, presentable, and clean. Longevity: 7-8 hours (very good). Projection: 3 hours very good, then drops but still perceptible. Seasons: All year. Strong hug and blessings.
Rave Now Intense: A rustic and elegant aroma that mixes opaque seriousness with formality without losing luxury. It’s sensible, precise, and good-tasting. You can sense its Atlantic navy blue, almost black and imposing influence, with refined woods that break through the leather and a touch of talc in its best interpretation. It’s the scent of someone with cultural level, for a seductive and sophisticated personality. It’s not for everyone; it requires a virile, successful, and masculine man to wear it with congruence. Excellent perfume, another gem from Lattafa. Totally blue, rich, sweet, and woody. Love at first sniff, and the packaging is beautiful too. Rich, rich, rich 🤤. 10/10 on performance.

Today I received this Rave Now Intense by Lattafa. I was worried because it was a blind buy; many reviewers on YouTube say it’s ugly, smells like insecticide, etc. To my surprise, it’s a fresh fragrance, nothing complicated, similar to Polo Blue Edt. I haven’t tested its performance yet since I just received it today, but I’ll update this comment after using it for a few days. For now, okay, with three BBBs.
Rave Now Intense by Lataffa just arrived. I was worried about buying blind since many YouTubers say it smells like insecticide. To my surprise, it’s fresh and simple, similar to Polo Blue EDT. I don’t know its longevity yet since I just received it, but I’ll update soon. For now, it’s decent, three BBBs.
I bought it because I read it was similar to Polo Blue Edt, but for me, nothing alike; based on its notes, I expected something fresher, and it’s not like that; it’s more on the sweet side. No complaints about projection and performance; it lasts quite a while. I think it can be better utilized in cool weather, mainly at night.
I’m not sure if it smells like Polo Blue or anything, but here are my thoughts: yes, it’s sweet but zesty, with a spice touch only perceptible in the opening, after which it stays sweet, ozonic, and somewhat fresh. Too sweet for everyday wear, but I used it one day to go to a club to dance and it performed excellently. I could smell the aroma despite being in a small, crowded venue, sweating liters, yet it held up in that extreme environment for over 4 hours. Of course, for this outing I applied a lot (more than 10 sprays). With fewer applications, it could work for an outdoor daytime outing, but I see it more for night and parties with lots of people.
Honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. The opening is a strong, zesty orange, then seconds later comes the cucumber and watermelon, quite pleasant and fresh. As time passes, sage emerges, staying fresh. After an hour, it becomes more woody, still fresh but with a slightly formal wood touch. Its projection is consistent, medium intensity but constant for 4 hours, with a 2-hour discrete personal bubble. Easy to wear, lasts 6 hours total. In my case, totally recommended. It reminds me of Polo Blue mixed with a Nautica infused with testosterone; it reminds me of those two, 10/10.

It smells like the foreman of a ranch who made so much fortune he traded his horse for a truck with GPS and drones to track the cattle. It’s also the scent of those old barbershops where they shaved with straight razors while closing deals away from ladies, sitting in reclining 50s chairs that weighed more than half a ton. Despite its freshness, it requires a face hardened by hard work, with a strong gaze and pale, almost stone-like skin. It’s not for glass-knuckle kids who only know how to play Minecraft. It’s perfect for meeting the in-laws and saying without hesitation: ‘Family, I’ve come to participate in the wedding date,’ and immediately the father-in-law grits his teeth while the mother-in-law knows her daughter is in good hands. Ladies and gentlemen, this perfume is for warm climates or tense environments requiring projected security. If you’re the type who loves ‘masculine’ perfumes that smell like vanilla dessert, chocolate, sweets, and frost à la Victoria’s Secret Splash, this isn’t for you.

To be honest, most people say it smells fresh; for those who don’t get it, the base is strong and sober menthol with herbal undertones, something woody and spicy. It’s not sweet; I don’t taste watermelon or orange. The trail is moderate to weak. It’s versatile: summer, spring, and fall. I owned Fakhar Men by Lattafa, and they have an enormous similarity when dried; at first they’re different, but the dry-down smells almost identical.
I love it. It’s super versatile, has a masculine vibe, and doesn’t feel juvenile. Totally recommended.
