Too much pineapple; I didn’t perceive any other notes. Just pineapple, sweet, and cloying. I agree with other reviews saying it smells like concentrated juice. It was a blind buy and I regret it; I gave it several chances, but I ended up gifting it away.
I don’t know how someone who isn’t your enemy can recommend this perfume. It smells terrible. Like you threw a jar of preserved pineapple all over yourself and nothing else.
I haven’t been able to try it enough to comment on performance yet, but based on my perception, it’s like Ultra Male with the pear or apple replaced by pineapple, with very similar results and final vibes. I don’t know how no one has noticed this resemblance.
Some people put anything with pineapple into an Aventus clone and lose their minds, which is bad. This is a sweet pineapple, very close to its sister Lataffa Qaed Al Fursan, which I think is better even if it’s nothing special. It’s an Arab low-cost clone fragrance, so don’t ask for apples when you’re given an olive. It lasts quite a bit, but the scent it leaves behind doesn’t attract me at all: cloying and warm, it attracts all the flies. It’s a matter of taste. If you already have the Zara VL Bogoss, you have this one, but since Zara scents last like other Amancio Ortega products, you’ll flip out over how cheap it is.
It’s like walking in a jar of preserved pineapple. Even the flies will follow you. The opening is decent, but the dry down isn’t so much; you can tell it’s low quality, though it’s acceptable for the price.
It gives me the sensation of freshly filleted and delicious pineapple.
The scent is a juicy, real pineapple, like cutting a slice and squeezing it in your hand. Nothing synthetic; I don’t get why people criticize it so much. It’s a super affordable option with a really good smell, ideal for all year round but perfect for summer nights. If you spray this on a woman, she’ll love it. It lasts about 9 hours and projects for 3. It’s not complex or evolving; it’s simple and effective, like Le Beau by JPG but instead of coconut, this is pineapple.
In my case, very little longevity, almost terrible. A total disappointment.
As others mentioned, it smells like canned pineapple juice: sweet, fresh, and not overpowering. The opening is amazing, but it fades quickly to skin scent and stays there until the end. It’s linear with terrible performance: it doesn’t last, doesn’t project, and doesn’t evolve. You might expect an Aventus clone from Creed, but this is just canned pineapple juice. At least there’s no apocalyptic poetry to glorify it.
If you like strong fragrances, this is literally a noticeable pineapple from the opening to the dry down. I see it more for fall-winter; in summer, it can be overwhelming due to its intensity. At first, with 35 degrees in my city, it made me feel sick and I couldn’t breathe, but for a fall afternoon, it’s exquisite (maybe it has macerated a bit now). If I had to say, I wouldn’t buy it again because my tastes lean more towards fresh, vanilla, and sweet scents.
I bought it because it seemed fresh and easy, but I’m a bit regretting it. It smells good, but it’s so linear that I got bored in two days: just smoky pineapple from start to finish. If you want to smell like a jar of fresh pineapple for 6 hours, this is your perfume; if not, I don’t recommend it. The good thing is that hardly anyone finds it unpleasant, but it hasn’t given me many compliments either. Versatility: 6/10, Scent: 8/10, Complexity: 3/10, Rating: 6/10. It does the job but isn’t special.
Just arrived, first impressions: rich fragrance. Opens with pineapple/ananas, then in the dry-down notes of apple, bergamot, and woods. Pineapple dominates, but the others are perceptible. Brings a faint memory of Fakhar Black due to the apple and bergamot. Good longevity but weak projection at first. Updated: lasts 7+ hours depending on the weather. Smells good but is very linear, just pineapple, which can be boring if used as a signature. Recommend for collection and rotation, not for exclusive daily use.
Absolute beast mode, incredible perfume.
RAVE NOW is delicious and well-executed. It has rich pineapple from start to finish, with fruity touches of apple, rose, and jasmine, drying down to a woody finish. It reminds me a lot of YSL Eau de Toilette, but it’s not a clone; it adds a different twist. Arrived with a July 2024 batch, it’s potent right out of the box and doesn’t need maturation. It doesn’t smell smoky like Aventus or CDNI; it’s more of a blue fragrance. I loved it; it’s versatile and has a great price.
It’s a good perfume and proof that Fragrantica’s notes aren’t always reliable, as it doesn’t smell like vanilla or patchouli as claimed. It’s good, pretty, and cheap: it smells like sweet, smoky pineapple, which isn’t for everyone, but I like it. If you let it mature, the bergamot balances better. A solid budget option for daily wear.
One of the best of the ‘3 Bs’. To those complaining about the pineapple, what did you expect? This perfume is meant to smell like pineapple; don’t buy it if you’re looking for something else. I feel it well: it’s a sweet pineapple that doesn’t get cloying. When matured, the bergamot balances it out. I’m sorry about the patchouli; it moderates the sweetness and is a huge plus. Blind buy it if you want pineapple. It’s versatile, works in cold and heat, and even though I have more expensive perfumes, I’d choose this a thousand times. Lasts about 6 hours even outdoors, and people say I smell good. 10/10.
To those who say it smells like Qaed al Fursan: they’re right, but the opening on Rave Now is much better. The pineapple doesn’t feel synthetic; it’s fresh and fruity. The dry-down on skin is spectacular and lasts longer than the original. For the price, I highly recommend it.
At first, it lasted only about 4-5 hours, but if you let it mature for weeks, it becomes an absolute beast: great projection and twice the longevity. The scent is easy to wear, though the pineapple note is present from start to finish; if you don’t like that, it’s not for you, but I love it and have gotten tons of compliments. Perfect for daytime or casual outings without being overpowering. Performance: 7, Scent: 8.5, Versatility: 7.5
Rave Now by Lattafa is your pick if you’re looking for something sweet, youthful, and exquisite. It improves on Qaed al Fursan: starts with fresh pineapple that turns woody and playful. Perfect for ages 15-25 at parties, dates, or in cool weather (autumn, spring, mild summer), as it can get cloying in the heat. Lasts 5-7 hours with good projection. For the price, it’s a must-have.
Rave Now is a juicy pineapple bomb, almost 99% like Qaed al Fursan, but I believe this version is slightly improved. I love this aromatic profile; it’s super party-ready, cheerful, and people notice it immediately. Performance is excellent and the price is unbeatable. Ideal for standing out at night, adding freshness and positive energy. Recommend it to anyone seeking something dynamic for going out.
Wow, simply wow. I tried it alongside Lattafa Asad, which I’ve always liked, looking for a new fragrance. As expected, Asad still seemed good, but RAVE didn’t quite convince me. Since RAVE seemed fresher and more spring-like, I asked friends and family to choose between the two on my skin, and everyone leaned toward RAVE. After that debate, though not fully convinced, I decided to try it; since it’s so cheap, it wouldn’t cost me much if it didn’t end up convincing me. I sprayed it once and realized the reason it didn’t convince me was that my nose was numbed from smelling so much perfume; smelling it again, the pineapple opening hit me hard, and I’m still recovering. It’s an exquisite, fresh, masculine fragrance that everyone loved (in my case). I definitely loved it and will buy it again when I run out. That said, I want to let it mature a bit because I notice it has less projection than I expected, let’s see how it goes.
A basic, budget-friendly perfume. What stands out most is creamy pineapple, vanilla, apple, bergamot, and amber. The rest of the ingredients like patchouli or blackcurrants are only noticeable when smelling it on your hand; it lasts 8 to 10 hours on the skin. In fact, I sense some DNA similar to Lattafa Qraart.
Rave Now, at first spray, smells like a freshly cut fresh pineapple; that lasts the first 20 minutes. Afterward, it turns into a very amber, syrup-like sweet pineapple with a very light touch of fine wood. Plastic bottle, medium quality: 7. Atomizer: Good atomizer: 8.5. Price: I got it for 600 Mexican pesos ($30): 8.8. Longevity: Initially 4 hours, I let it mature, and now it’s 7 hours. The first 4 hours smell great in your surroundings, followed by 3 hours of personal bubble: 8.5. Projection: Approximately 2 hours, about 1.5 meters away: 8.5. Sillage: Leaves a slight trail, nothing extraordinary: 7.5. It’s for climates between 21-30 degrees; above 30 it can be annoying due to its sweetness. If you like pineapple, it’s for you; if not, it’s not for you. Final rating: 8.5.
I’m bored by this perfume; I regret buying it. It’s my problem because I don’t like fruity scents, and those with pineapple are the ones I dislike the most, I wonder why I bought it. It has an exaggerated, synthetic, yet bold pineapple. On my skin, it lasts 4 hours with 1.5 hours of projection.
Hi, hope you’re all doing well. I’m reviewing a fragrance I no longer own, so I’ll express my memories. Rave Now is very pleasant, youthful, carefree, cheerful, and takes me to summer, friends, and fun. It’s like smelling pineapple in syrup, so simple and rich. The only downside is it has a slightly metallic base, but for the price, you can overlook it. Personally, I love it, but don’t expect anything more than a fruity and sweet fragrance. As I always say, anyone can wear fragrances, but I understand men might feel more comfortable, though I encourage women to try them. Regarding seasons, it reminds me of a vibrant, fun summer surrounded by friends, not a calm one. As for ages, it seems youthful, but as a state of mind; I was 40 when they gifted it to me, and I enjoyed it a lot. In conclusion, it’s a charming fragrance that for the price, you can’t ask for more; just lifting my spirits and taking me to lovely places is enough. Sending greetings from Argentina and see you next time.
A very pleasant fragrance. It feels like a juicy, fresh pineapple, versatile for any occasion. Definitely one you should own; I bought it because a relative let me try it, and I was in love at first sight, knowing I had to get my own bottle. They say it lasts 6-7 hours, nearing 8, and projects well for 2-3 hours. With mine, the performance wasn’t what I wanted; it lasted less than 4 hours and projected for about an hour (5-6 sprays), but I suppose it’s because it’s a recent batch (01/2025). I’ll let it mature for a few weeks and update again. In summary, there are scents for every nose, but it’s hard to dislike this (unless you hate pineapple). It’s a safe and affordable purchase. Mine cost $30. Yes, it smells exactly like Qaed al Fursan, but this pineapple is much less synthetic, leans fresher than sweeter, and has better performance. I recommend Rave Now more. Edit: 05/07/2025 (one month and eight days later, after one month of maturation): performance and projection improved quite a bit. Note: apply at least 6-8 sprays on pulse points. 7 hours duration with 3.5 hours of projection.
Pineapple aroma, rather in syrup. If you like pineapple, it’s not bad, even if it’s synthetic. It’s very noticeable at the start, then becomes a bit more amber, but the pineapple is what you feel the most. The longevity is decent, though it projects little. I prefer the Vibrant Leather Bogoss from Zara in that style; it also smells like pineapple but feels more natural and pleasant, and has the base of the original VL that people say resembles Aventus. Overall, the Zara one is more interesting and less boring in my opinion. The downside of the Zara one is the longevity, because it projects well while it lasts but fades quickly on my skin.
I have an eternal conflict with this fragrance. Sometimes I love it, other times I hate it. It’s basically a citrus pineapple at the start that quickly turns smoky. The scent is quite linear, so if you’re looking for a complex olfactory experience, this isn’t for you. If you just want to smell like a little pineapple, go ahead.
Smells great, but the listed notes don’t quite convince me. The pineapple is there, but the rest is very subtle. Also, it has a clove note that nobody mentions, and it’s the most irritating part for me; without that, it would be a gem. That spiciness makes it hard to wear on sunny days. I don’t know why so many Arabic perfumes use clove or ginger and become so hot; if you have sensitive skin, believe me, you’ll feel it. Plus, since most Arabic scents are beast mode, they last 6-7 hours projecting well, which is brutal for a full day.
Smells like the richest pineapple imaginable, but the longevity is a total disaster. Out of my entire Arabic collection, this is by far the one that lasts and projects the least. I’d say the projection barely lasts an hour, and it’s skin-scent after just three. I wouldn’t buy it again, even though the pineapple scent is spectacular. Update: My partner says it still smells at six hours, though it’s very faint. It does last longer on clothes.
Exquisite fragrance. If you use plenty of sprays, it lasts hours and even days on clothes. Very pleasant, lots of pineapple at the start that turns into a rich, enchanting scent. Buy blind.
It’s so cheap you get what you pay for, almost nothing. It smells only like canned pineapple syrup, although the syrup would last longer. Of all my perfumes, it’s the one that lasts and projects the least, which is an insult. I’ve been wearing it for over a month and it hasn’t improved. I sprayed it 20 times and barely felt any pineapple when moving my hands. Totally disappointed. I admit the 9pm Rebel doesn’t last what they say either, but at least a couple of hours, not minutes. What a pity.
Super regretful. It doesn’t last or project, and the scent doesn’t agree with me. I work in a hospital and it smells like diabetic patient urine. Think twice before buying.
Pineapple from start to finish. The first hour is overwhelming. Lasts 6 to 7 hours with insane projection. I didn’t like it.
Delicious, with a sweet, ripe pineapple that always stands out. It’s creamy yet fresh, gets compliments (and some weird looks). On my skin and clothes, it lasts forever, about 6 to 10 hours on skin and days on clothes. For around 14,990 pesos in Chile, it’s a steal. I think it’s an underrated Lattafa perfume.
It’s an inspiration for Aventus, but with a much fruitier and fresher opening, literally pineapple juice. That opening lasts a few minutes and then it turns into Aventus, just with less strength and without the smoky touch. Not bad for $20, but it lacks punch compared to other inspirations with better performance. It doesn’t smell like plastic, which is good.
Amazing price. The opening is exquisite, smells like biting into a juicy pineapple. It’s a pineapple bomb, though that opening doesn’t last long. Once dried, it turns into a sweet citrus with woody and floral notes. At full dry-down, it’s quick, with a mossy, green touch, but never cloying or like disinfectant lemon. It’s very well done. It’s my signature scent, I wear it daily. Keep in mind it fades fast, so bring a travel spray to refresh it. That’s what I do and I recommend it.
Perfect for heat, excellent price, and lasts over 6 hours on skin with moderate projection. On clothes, it lasts for days. If you’re looking for a triple B for summer, try Rave Now.
Look, I saw a lot of bad reviews and it seemed odd. People don’t realize that Arab perfumes need to breathe; Lattafa releases dozens of scents a week and they don’t get time to settle. If you let them mature, they go from lasting 4-5 hours to 8 and actually project. At $15, it’s an absolute steal. Smells like juicy pineapple, kind of like Qaed with a hint of Hawas Ice. Good buy.
A steal at $14, incredibly rich and long-lasting. 100% recommended.
