  • The truth is I never bought it, only tried it in stores, and it always disappoints. It has a slight resemblance to Bleu de Chanel, maybe 50-60%, but it gets overshadowed by a synthetic aroma. Longevity is around 3-4 hours close to the skin, projecting for about an hour. The only good thing is the price, much more competitive than other dupes, though that explains the ingredient quality. In short, I wouldn’t buy it; I’d rather save a bit more and go for Club de Nuit Blue Iconic, which is better in every aspect.

  • Fragance hugh

Very poor longevity and sillage. Synthetic and flat scent. It resembles Bleu de Chanel but with much lower quality. Lasts 3 hours close to the skin, and projection dies out in 30 minutes. Maybe okay for sport or home, otherwise it’s trash.

  • Fragance hugh

The scent is way too synthetic and flat, smells like a super low-quality version of Bleu de Chanel. The longevity is ridiculous: lasts about three hours on skin and barely half an hour in projection before fading completely. Maybe it’s okay for working out or staying home, but otherwise, it’s pure trash.

  • Maitre de Blue is a jewel among luxury inspirations. It captures the essence of Bleu de Chanel EDP with mastery, offering an affordable alternative without compromising quality. Citric and aromatic opening with bergamot, grapefruit, and mint. Heart of jasmine and elegant nutmeg. Base of cedar, incense, and amber that adds masculine depth. Notable projection for the first 2-3 hours with a fresh trail that attracts compliments. Lasts 6-8 hours on skin, excellent for the price. The similarity is well-executed, around 85-90%, though it doesn’t reach the roundness of the original; it still transmits the same sophisticated vibe. Unbeatable value: for a fraction of the original price, it delivers a high-end experience, ideal for being versatile and elegant without spending. Rating: Similarity 8.5, Projection 8, Price 10. Conclusion: Meets and exceeds expectations. Fantastic for daily wear, fresh and sophisticated. Wear it confidently and stylishly; it will make you feel great. Overall score: 8.8/10.

  • Totally agree with ‘Fragrance Hugh’. I tried it on my skin and was disappointed: it was gone in no time. This is a resounding no for Maison Alhambra.

  • No comparison possible with Armaf’s Iconic; they compete head-to-head. It’s a well-made blue because the gap with Chanel Blue is evident.

  • Beautiful fragrance, a pity for its limited performance. While it lasts, it’s a huge joy; it’s a beautiful citrus.

  • Beautiful fragrance, a pity about its limited performance; while it lasts, it’s a huge joy, what a gorgeous citrus!

  • There’s already an extensive review, and I’m just here to say it’s perfect; making another would be redundant. It’s a very good perfume, good longevity, great scent, and an amazing price. I bought it for $14; you can’t ask for more.

  • There’s already an extensive review, and I come to say it’s perfect; making another would just say the same thing. It’s a very good perfume, good longevity, good scent, and an amazing price. I bought it for $14, I don’t know what else you could ask for.

  • A pleasant surprise with an accessible elegance. Maitre de Blue has pleasantly surprised me. From the first spray, a beautiful, vibrant, and clean citrus note is noticeable. Despite being synthetic, it’s so well-crafted that it’s a huge joy. It’s one of those citrus scents that doesn’t get tiring and works equally well for formal occasions or daily wear. It duplicates Chanel with considerable dignity. In my experience, the longevity matches or even surpasses the original. The quality-to-price ratio is incredible. Curious detail: if a drop of water falls where you applied it, it transforms, as if it’s revived. Worth trying. The dry-down isn’t as powerful in projection, but if someone gets close, believe me, they won’t want to move away. I’ve received several compliments since day one. A masculine fragrance, elegant, close, and fulfilling. Highly recommended.

  • The best thing about this fragrance is its quality-to-price ratio. Maison Alhambra offers an almost exact alternative to Bleu de Chanel without paying the exorbitant price; the scent is quite identical to the BDC EDT, yes, at first you might notice something synthetic, but in the short-term dry-down it’s spot-on. Longevity leaves a lot to be desired, but at the price you find it, reapplying doesn’t hurt, and the quality feels much better than the Zara dupe. I use it exclusively for work, as it might fall short in other situations. Plus, it’s exactly what I say: it brings that aura of formality and seriousness that any job demands, so it works especially well there. Oh! And it generates plenty of compliments because it’s balanced and not overwhelming, despite its good projection.

  • The best thing about this fragrance is its quality-to-price ratio. Maison Alhambra offers us an alternative LOCKED ON to Bleu de Chanel without paying the brand’s abusive price; the scent is quite identical to the BDC EDT. Yes, at first you might notice something synthetic, but in the short-term dry-down, it’s a perfect match. • Citrusy, fresh, and conveys a lot of cleanliness. It has a slight hint of a cheap cologne, but as time passes, it balances out and becomes what I described at the start. I wish it had a bit more projection. Personally, it’s a fulfilling scent and not much more, but women love this type of perfume. I always get some positive comments. Scent: 7.5/10, Longevity: 6/10, Projection: 6/10.

  • I don’t know the Bleu de Chanel, so I’m only talking about this perfume. It has presence and doesn’t leave anyone indifferent. It lasts a short time (4 hours) indoors; if there’s wind outside, it disappears quickly. It doesn’t project beyond half a meter. For the price, it doesn’t hurt to reapply. I used it as my office signature for 2 months (which was the bottle’s lifespan), and honestly, for its value, it delivered.

  • I haven’t tried the original Bleu de Chanel EDT, so I’m analyzing this as its own fragrance, knowing it’s a carbon copy. Grapefruit and lemon are the most noticeable; I also detect patchouli, even though it says it’s barely perceptible—everyone has their own take. This Maitre de Blue is clean, though not very sophisticated, ideal for the office or shared spaces. Although it’s an EdP, it doesn’t project much or last long on the skin, so it’s not intrusive. I’ve received compliments when wearing it. Considering quality, price, and performance, it’s a good buy, especially given how cheap it is. In short, quite decent and pleasant if you like citrus and fresh accords. Don’t expect heavy projection for the price, but if you like this style, it’s an option to consider (though I’ve smelled better-executed fragrances at similar prices). Note: the atomizer leaves much to be desired.

  • Acceptable aroma as an approach to Bleu de Chanel EDT; yes, it’s synthetic, but for under €20/100ml, you can’t look a horse in the mouth. Explosive citrus opening with grapefruit and ginger. Then come incense, woody and amber tones, plus pink pepper. Like the original, it’s best for heat, daytime, and any occasion from casual to semi-formal. Longevity and projection aren’t strong, so I recommend about 12 sprays without worrying about overwhelming the person next to you.

  • Gerabloodaromic

Bleu de Maître is an exceptional ‘blue’ that blends freshness and sophistication. It starts with vibrant citrus notes and settles into a solid woody and amber base, giving it a more mature character than others in its style. The longevity is impressive, leaving a clean and elegant trail for hours. It’s super versatile, perfect for the office or casual outings where you want to project neatness. A gem for those seeking quality and distinction in a daily scent. Smart buy.

  • Blue and smells great for everyday wear or semi-formal events. Don’t expect miracles for the price, but it does its job.
