Neon Candy by Tous

I gifted this to my mom because reviews here said it’s for hot climates, but it’s not that intense, haha, and it smells amazing. It’s very similar to Tresor Midnight Rose but fruitier; it’s a great budget option because once they dry down, they’re almost identical. At first, it reminded me of Les Délices by Nina Ricci, which I love and is discontinued, so I’ll get one for myself. If you’re looking for something fruity and citrusy, less sweet, and more summery, Tous Gems Power is your best bet.

A sweet and citrusy scent that lasts forever; it lingers on clothes for more than 24 hours. It’s my first Tous and I will definitely try more from the brand.

The opening is strong, citrusy, and a bit sharp, with the pepper quite noticeable from the start. Then the raspberries and red currants come through, intense and tart. But after an hour, it softens, becoming sweeter and less tart. It’s a sweet-and-sour fragrance, youthful, with character and a touch of elegance. The sillage and longevity are formidable.

Just bought it blind. I decided on it because the perfumes it’s compared to or that I own are great, and because people said it resembles La Nuit Tresor, which I adore. Yes, it does resemble it, especially as it dries down. I agree: it’s the daytime, youthful version, happier but less mysterious. The difference lies in the opening, which smells quite synthetic (I understand the Parisienne comparison). Upon spraying, you get an acidic, sharp raspberry with a spicy pink pepper note that softens after about half an hour. For me, Neon Candy is all about raspberry and pink pepper, period. I was hesitant about them calling it sweet; yes, it has a hint of sweetness, but I’d say it’s sweet-acidic-fresh. If you’re looking for something gourmand and warm, forget it. If you want something sweet but fresh for mild days or hot nights, I recommend it. It has good projection and longevity, better than expected, and many expensive perfumes could perform this well. I like it quite a bit; the only downside is that marked synthetic touch at the start, but it fades quickly. If you’re looking for a cheap clone of LNT and aren’t extremely demanding, it might work for you. They’re very similar. If you’re a true LNT lover, it won’t cut it, but I like it more than any other clone I’ve tried. I recommend it.

It’s a very youthful, fruity, and slightly extravagant perfume. Indeed, it’s very similar to Tresor Midnight Rose, though they aren’t identical. I don’t own it, but I was given a sample. It’s identical to the Lancôme Tresor Midnight Rose. It’s delicious and very long-lasting. Generally, fragrances don’t last on me, but this one lasted longer than I expected.

As the bottle says, it’s fresh, sweet, and youthful. I tried it yesterday and liked it: the tangerine is playful and fresh, while the peony, raspberry, and amber add a sweet but subtle touch. The launch price was reasonable, making it a great value. Perfect for everyday wear, casual moments, and hot days. The longevity was good and the trail was discreet yet noticeable… a solid proposal from the ‘teddy bear’ brand.
