I’m disappointed with this perfume. Rose is my favorite note, and it doesn’t shine here. I get that some people want a soft sillage, but this is cologne sold as a perfume. Even Blooming Bouquet and Green Tea last longer on my skin than this. Luckily, I didn’t buy it.
I gifted this to my wife, and it was a total letdown. What a piece of junk Dior perfume. Overpriced for 20 minutes of weak scent, and then nothing even on the skin. ‘Limited edition’? Yes, limited in every way, because with this fragrance, you get no sillage or projection; you have to reapply every 20 minutes or it dies.
I’ve been following this perfume for months since its launch in Argentina because of the roses. As a lover of Miss Dior Roses’n Roses, I saw it was heading in that direction and bought it. It’s a limited edition, perhaps Demachy’s last for Dior. The opening is super subtle and floral. My nose can’t quite distinguish the geranium from other flowers yet; I have perfumes with that note but blended. The rose appears immediately, a soft rose, not as fresh as Roses’n Roses (my current Dior favorite). If there are woods, I barely notice them in the background. I’d have to wait a bit longer. As I read in reviews: super soft and very intimate. I don’t know the longevity since I applied it 10 minutes ago, but something tells me it won’t last long. I see it as a sleep scent, ideal for that. It’s calm, nothing loud, no bomb. If you like roses, get it. I still prefer the other flanker, but honestly, this one is very rich. For a limited edition, the packaging leaves something to be desired; a sturdier box would have been better.
