  1. Got this on Amazon with an incredible deal, though it only comes in 25ml. Once it dries down, it doesn’t quite convince me; it smells like pure patchouli. The Fragrantica notes are off; check the Ulric de Varens website instead: it’s a woody vanilla opening with apricot leaf, fresh mango, and mandarin; a heart of orchid, vanilla, yellow freesia, and white peony; and a base of patchouli, bourbon vanilla, and tonka bean. If you’re looking for versatile vanilla, this isn’t it—for me, it smells more like patchouli until it reminds me of the Reminiscence bomb. It’s small but not harmless, another mini bomb. For now, it’s a love-hate relationship. Cheers!
