  It’s the hardest fragrance I’ve ever tried to describe. It gives me the sensation of being in an outdoor stone-paved pool, feeling that subtle chlorine scent mixed with fallen leaves hitting the water (no aquatic notes, mind you). It’s mysterious, herbal, earthy, and clean—something truly indescribable. I love it for the mystique it evokes. It’s a mature fragrance, very marked at the opening. I see it as a perfect year-round signature scent, especially for the office. Maybe it’s not the best option for summer because of its ‘darkness’, but it works great in other seasons.

  This guy, Theodoros Kalotinis, is making a name for himself with his quality-to-price ratio, discounts, and customer service. Mentor is an original blend of vetiver, amber, and vanilla that smells like nothing I’ve ever smelled before, with perfect balance. Ideal for creating olfactory memories, the vanilla isn’t cloying—it’s soft and blends seamlessly with the green vetiver and the warmth of the amber. Simple yet complex, fresh but dark, sweet but not sugary. It’s masculine, versatile for any time or season (maybe not summer), pleasant, non-invasive, with a herbaceous opening and a softly sweet finish. Above all, it’s original. It smells like masculine confidence. The quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable. This Greek perfumer is doing things right.

Simple but nuanced, fresh yet deep, sweet without being cloying. It’s masculine, suitable for all day (perhaps not summer heat), pleasant and non-intrusive, starting herbaceous and ending softly sweet. Above all, it’s original. It smells like masculine security. The quality-to-price ratio is unmatched. This Greek perfumer is doing things right.

It’s not cloying vanilla; it’s a classic style, very similar to the one in Jaipur EDP. It’s a good men’s fragrance (though it would be interesting on a woman’s skin too), best for moderate temperatures. I think it’s versatile, working for both day and night. I recommend trying it if you like classics and vanilla; it surprised me in a good way without reinventing the wheel. Well done, Kalotinis; he doesn’t just live off ultra-realistic gourmands.

  Mentor is green and earthy, not for everyone, curious and hard to pin down. I hate green scents, so it’s a love-hate relationship for me. For the price, it’s worth trying even if you don’t like it; it’s cheap for the quality. It doesn’t change much over time—green, earth, wood, with a subtle vanilla touch that appears later, discreet, elegant, and dark. Very curious. From start to finish, there are few shifts, though vanilla dominates at the end. To me, the opening smells like brandy, that Spanish cooking and drinking spirit; if you don’t know it, rum is similar, so there’s an undeclared alcohol note. It lasts long on skin and even longer on clothes. Projection is soft, leaving a personal trail after two hours with that green and vanilla mix—curious and interesting. I see it as versatile for any occasion, though better for formal events or family dinners, and it’s clearly masculine. In short: great price, complex and curious scent, green with dark vanilla, good longevity, soft projection, masculine, and suitable for any moment.
