I bought this as a Mother’s Day gift for myself because I love that EDP; it’s super sweet, but I ended up selling it. On my skin, nothing compares to the original.
It’s a perfume with golden tones, in the Amari family but much fresher and less dense. It’s not super original in that sense, but it remains a beautiful composition. I adore the woody musk dry down… When I tried Antonio Banderas’ Her Golden Secret today, it reminded me quite a bit of this Kiss n Fly, unlike the Kenzo, which is a bit fresher. The Pleats Please, which came out a year later, also reminded me of this Kenzo (and the Amari too). The Miyake is a bit more polished, more golden, and more intense, but it’s from the same fragrance family…
