  • Juanpasiones

Exquisite Avon fragrance, surprised by the quality of the notes. You can feel the touch of Japanese perfumer Kenzo Takada. I loved smelling it on a free sample from an Avon Lady: it was different from repetitive, cloying scents like Invictus or Chanel Blue. She told me about moss on forgotten rocks, old rooftops with damp earth, and wildflowers. I loved how it stood out. I felt it bold, thrown out, distinct. That’s why I ordered it, even though it’s the least economical line ($30). After discovering Avon Mesmerize was a gem, I’m glad to find another. The opening is creamy freshness, then soft vetiver and an earthy touch in the heart. As it dries, classic airs mixed with modern sweetness and a charming floral facet that clings to the skin. It becomes a skin scent after the second hour, so lovely, fresh, masculine yet tender and vintage that the short trail doesn’t matter. Ideal after a shower, relaxing at home, watching TV, reading, going to the movies, or an evening walk. The best part is that over time it doesn’t turn into residual synthetic musk; it stays rich and high quality. Highly recommended, try and decide.

  • Let me start by saying I love Juanpasiones’ broad and positive review. Even without much experience, I see it has a special peculiarity. Its texture is creamy-soapy upon landing on the skin, with floral dominance over a citrus base. I don’t detect woody notes. It’s simple, well-put-together, perfect for smelling good on casual occasions, evoking a breezy, evening, nighttime, or morning setting, but without strong sun. It seems feminine due to that creamy-floral softness, though it could be unisex. I’m surprised Juanpasiones paid $30; I got it cheaper. I already have two bottles (the first one not even opened lol). If it seemed good to him at that price, it must be something special, but in the end, it’s the scents that count.

  • Wet, floral, soapy, clean, ethereal. I feel like Avon tried to answer Hermès’ exclusive Jardins line. It’s unisex, fresh, androgynous floral, high-end quality. The green tea note gives it a unique touch. I found it at one-third the price, uncapped and unwrapped, with only 3 sprays left; I couldn’t wait and bought it blind. I wouldn’t have regretted not doing it. Now I have 10 bottles thanks to a Facebook stock clearance and I spray without mercy. I carry the bottle in my bag to enjoy this wet aura of moss, vetiver, and green tea that energizes me, makes me feel clean and very chic.

  • Gentil vagabond

Looks like a luxury item for Avon, but I bought it for the creator and the scent is top-notch. You can make big gestures with little: a very balanced green. Too bad it’s no longer available.
