The initial blast is pleasant, but right after spraying it smells weird, like a chemical mix. Once it settles, it smells citrusy, soft, and works well for hot days or running errands alone. I expected more from Avon since the projection is low, though it is long-lasting. It barely lives up to its inspiration concept regarding the scent, not the presentation. ⭐⭐⭐
I’ve had this since high school, though now I prefer designer scents and heavier aromas; this always brings back good memories. Smells clean, fresh, and maybe a bit synthetic, but very rich. It taught me to appreciate my favorite notes: sage and lavender. I don’t like the name because it smells more like cleaner or shampoo than the sea. Scent 9, price 10 (under 200 MXN), longevity 7. Recommended, obviously.
A simple yet noble fragrance, fresh with a herbal cleanliness vibe. At first, it hits strong with lavender and a bit of citrus, then dries down to reveal rosemary, pepper, and citrus. Lasts about 4 hours. More of a daytime scent; I love it, especially in the mornings for that lavender and rosemary aroma.
“Axe Marine but in perfume form.” It’s a clone of the 1989 Axe Marine deodorant, still sold in supermarkets, with that vintage marine tone. Very cheap and pleasant, but extremely dated. I wouldn’t buy it again. 5/10.
Great for day and evening wear. A very well-known DNA, similar to Ésika’s Its You or Lbel’s ID, reminiscent of Kaiak or the classic Homme. Smells fresh, with a vintage touch, simple and moderately citrusy. The trail is moderate and lasts about 4 to 5 hours. It’s good, simple, and very affordable. Recommended, but don’t expect too much; it’s straightforward and pleasant.
