Upon opening, it unfolds notes of violet leaf, heliotrope, and peach; the heart reveals iris, violet, and hazelnut; while the base settles on cashmere, vanilla, and tonka bean.

This scent is a gem, my favorite from the house. It shares that iris DNA with others (like Dior Homme), but here it’s blended from the start with a sweet violet that takes the lead. I love that, while it’s powdery and has a vintage vibe, the iris becomes buttery as it dries; at the same time, the nutty notes and soft vanilla velvetize everything with cashmere. The result is a super cozy, easy-to-wear iris for men or women. I’d wear it all year round. Longevity exceeds 10 hours, with notable projection and sillage for the first 6-7 hours (afterward it’s closer but still perceptible). I’d love to own it to share with my partner.
I don’t usually review new releases, but this was an instant love. Oh my god, what a masterpiece! It starts very earthy, reminiscent of Iris Malikhan, but as it dries, it turns silky, waxy, and sweet. The dry-down leaves me speechless; it smells much more like Dior Homme Intense. Not the ideal time to wear it, not because it’s uncomfortable, but I think it would shine even brighter in the cold. I recommend it to death! 🫶🏻
