Le Male Summer 2010 is the only flanker in the family that doesn’t work for me at all. I grabbed it to complete the collection, but it just doesn’t convince me, even though the bottle is stunning. The ginseng and ginger scent is a weird mix. It’s a stimulating cologne with great sillage and good longevity, but I hardly wear it. The opening is nice, but the dry down is a disaster; it smells like rancid perfume, even if it isn’t actually old.
It smells clean and elegant, with a rich talc-like touch that’s not overwhelming; it’s fresh, youthful, and super pleasant. I highly recommend it.
