I tried it this afternoon: it’s a mix of Alien’s jasmine and a Babycat-style incense. I’m not a huge fan of that jasmine, so I’ll pass on this one.
Basically, it’s incense and vanilla. The incense is so strong it smells more like a fireplace than a perfume. In this case, the original Good Fortune does it better: it has a distinct and beautiful floral, more notes, and everything is better balanced.
Smells incredible ✨. Yes, it has something mystical, but it doesn’t smell like incense, which doesn’t work for me. It’s pure vanilla with jasmine; sometimes you notice the palo santo, but nothing overwhelming or difficult. Personally, I loved it, even though I’m not usually into these kinds of scents. Worth adding to your collection 🤍🫰🏻
I ordered it blind based on the notes and it didn’t disappoint; now it’s one of my favorites. I understand why it doesn’t have a massive fanbase: it’s not for everyone. This flanker surpasses the original. It’s woody, smoky, and aromatic. On my nose, palo santo, incense, sunshine, and vanilla stand out. Longevity and projection are top-notch. Plus, the bottle is a jewel: it looks like a crystal ball with an amethyst cap, my birthstone, and magical colors.
An elegant fragrance, not just for older ladies. Intense yet not suffocating, with just the right presence for a direct woman. Note: it’s not for everyone; if you prefer light scents, test it first. I bought it blind because on my Atlantic coast, there are only pharmacies, and I needed something with character. I feared a heavy Arab-style incense, but I trusted Viktor&Rolf. At first, I thought there was nothing coming out; it almost smelled like cardboard, and with the summer heat, I got grumpy and started looking for reviews. But then! From my skin came a divine elixir: sunny coconut with delicate vanilla, nothing like the typical Hypnotic Poison. A few sprays, but it deserves a spot in the heart.
